I love having the HR expert feature to either: validate my own thinking or to do the actual research on a subject when I don't have the time to. Mineral offers everything an HR professional could need as a reference resource and support tool. The informational areas are excellent when researching employment laws and compliance requirements to build policies. The handbook builder is top-notch for small HR teams (or HR department-of-ones), and the learning platform has fantastic delivered content for compliance training as well as supplemental development modules.

While I preferred some of the UI of ThinkHR before it was acquired by Mineral, the usefulness of the content and service hasn't disappointed. I love how helpful everyone is. I had trouble with the harassment prevention training i didn't know how to create a user and set up a new training i called and they sent me an detailed step by step on how to send out this training to all employees. I haven't found anything that i disliked . Love mineral HR the support team are always so helpful and they go above and beyond to ensuring i am receiving all the resources provided. They’re so patient and go above and beyond.It's so hard to figure out something i dislike i have had amazing interactions and experiences with each employee I have spoke to. There are mulitple items I would say I like "best'. The Mineral 'Question of Week' is always applicable to my organization. These weekly emails help me rely on Mineral as a valuable resource to keep me up to date on all facets of my responsibility. A weekly email that provides value to my job is a great tool, and I would not consider it "spam" as I do with other resources. As we expanded our organization from Tennessee to Virginia, Mineral has been a great resource on compliance related to operating in a new state. Personally, I have not experienced any downsides to Mineral. If I were to offer any suggestion, it would be to provide more webinars with SHRM credits. I believe I have only attended one webinar to date advertised by Mineral. I have reviewed the webinars available on Mineral. They are pre-recorded and, while helpful, it does not provide credits. I try only to attend SHRM-accredited webinars because they give all the same information, plus it provides credits that I can apply to my recertification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the training modules in Mineral; they are beneficial for new hires and employees that require some touch-up on their sklls. we have had other training modules, but Mineral is the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mineral has so many resources and options for training. We load their training docs into our LMS and assign them as needed. The information is accurate, concise, easy to follow, and doesn't drag on. Our staff has stated that if they don't log in often, then they have to reset their password, but besides that, we have only heard good things about them from our staff. They also send us emails alerting us to any law changes in our state to keep us ahead of the game and compliant. Contacting them is also easy and quick. This is a great all-in-one place! Although their trainings are thorough, they are not as short as you might find in other places. For example, their OSHA trainings are longer than what you can find on YouTube, Saif, or OSHA itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the information is right at your fingertips. You do not have to look far. Once you set your company up with the correct state information, they automatically populate the current and new laws for you which is great it cuts down on you looking for the information. There is nothing I dislike about Mineral. There are times when you have too much information, but that is not a dislike but a preference for each user. It's easy to use. We utilize it mainly to create and maintain our Employee Handbooks. Mineral is easy to use and allows us to stay in compliance.
