The technology used by HotDoxs is simply outstanding to make sure the final result is fully professional and as per standard. **What do you dislike about Mitratech HotDocs?** Customer service is a downside in my opinion.....there have been occasions when I had to wait considerably long to get response from the team to my queries. Apart from this, no complaints at all! **What problems is Mitratech HotDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is quite helpful when it comes to save one's time with daily office tasks. The system is reliable and in the meantime I can focus on my other tasks, thus helping ke increase ny productivity. ### 2. If you can afford it, pay for HotDocs to author templates. **What problems is Mitratech HotDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Happy have to generate some documents, which is very efficient. ### 3. The coding is difficult; finding errors in the coding is time consuming. To hire a consultant costs a ton of money so we have found we work with outdated form docs because it is too hard and expensive to overhaul them. Also i'm not sure hotdocs works well with Word.
