The ability to create an interview that generates an editable MS Word document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mitratech HotDocs? The company was sold to Abacus that turned it from a nice functional program, into an experiment in "software as service." They changed the fundamentals of the program and now are on "version 1" which is full of bugs, cloud-based, often crashes- and they offer close to no support! The IT support staff is based in Europe, and the technical support center in San Diego is only a relay facility without any ability to fix any issues (which are rampant). There is really no product support after the sale. The sales team itself was very crude, had only a minor understanding of the product, and was less than honest and truthful (which we found out months after the fact) - they padded the sale with all sorts of add-ons that we did not need apparently. Also the training videos and materials are almost all OUTDATED and useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
