Reversing approvals is a bit awkward. Also, the biggest flaw with the Trakstar suite is that they (Perfom/Learn/Hire) are not synchronized; you have to maintain three different systems with three separate sign-ons. Trakstar performs makes it easy to distribute and get feeback for performance evaluations. Customer support is friendly and respond quickly. They also don't mind hopping on the phone or a zoom call. You have to really learn the terms and read the guides intensely to understand how all of the different components work. I haven't had the chance to really use Perform yet in this role but Perform already makes it easy to add, sort and categorize employees and their managers for their performance reviews. The fact that it is easy to use and manage as administrator. Customizable to your needs and most of all the immediate and constant support that one receives as part of the subscription. One great feature. Also is the Insights, dashboards at a click of a button that gives you a good summary of your organisation plus a fantastic online help documentation. It makes it also easy to maintain all the documents electronically by downloading them in bulk to our network.
