I like the ease of uploading documentation, making notes to the client, and uploading invoices for payment. It saves time on having to draft letters or emails. A downside on the attorney side is less billable time as you are not "allowed" to bill for uploading documentation. Not a lot. This system was required to review attorney invoices and this system was not set up for these types of invoices. The only good thing would be that is complies all your invoices in one spot, but this is the bare minimum for any software of this kind. The software was very rigid and was difficult to change when required. In fact, we had to contact the company just to change simple setting, which took time and should have been done in seconds but took hours to complete. Other attorney invoicing systems are better suited for attorney invoices. Search functions need updating. Navigation is a nightmare and not user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. There are other software packages out there that are specific designed for attorney invoicing that are much more user friendly in which you can review and pay attorney invoices. One positive was tracking how much each attorney had left on their contract.
