I love that I can use Mitel Connect to do everything without having to use my phone. It makes listening to voicemail, looking up past calls and changing phone settings very easy. Support response times are not what I'd expect for simple requests. I'm uncertain if this is due to being overwhelmed by some of the platform issues they're experiencing or if they're still trying to complete their Shoretel integration.
