The thing that I like best about this program is being able to see the data of how many phone calls each of my employees take. It it great to be able to see this to help assign projects. Some employees are more phone call based while others like answering the phones. So after using this program I am able to tell which is which. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mitel? The downside of using MiCloud Connect is that when you first seen the program you are overwhelmed because you don't know where everything is located. To help with this they have a lot of support articles that you can read to help you figure out where you need to go to get certain reports and answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Mitel: My advice would be don't get overwhelmed when you first start using the product. Like anything it does take a little time in order to learn what you are doing. If you have any questions try to reach out to support by either chatting online with them or looking at their support articles. I promote to my customers all the all encompassing features bundled for our account profiles. This includes MiCloud Connect for Chrome, for PC/Mac, Mobility, and all the other features. Sometimes Mobility client for iOS and Android drops. It could most likely be a cellular data issue, WiFi issue, or a handoff signal issue. Recommendations to others considering Mitel: Web portal is very useful and using Softphone for the Remote Worker is a great selling point. All inclusive on your Mitel Connect Essentials profile.
