I love the Chrome Plugin as it allows me to call people very quickly and easily and makes my workflow 100x better than when I was using a previous wired phone connection. The chrome plugin also works with our IP based CRM system which is great as again it means that I can do my work faster and call people a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mitel? I dislike the connection issues and the problems that I have whenever I am using my Wifi and then reconnecting through my Wired connection. I am not sure if this is a VPN issue and that Mitel just doesn't like us having a VPN but the issues are pretty bad and do need fixing, hence the lower than normal score. This also solves the issue of streamlining our processes as we are able to call a lot faster through the Chrome Plugin where you can call any number that is recognised as a phone number whilst looking on Google Chrome.
