Reporting is not instinctive, the call center reports only come out every 15 minutes so if you make a mistake on a report, you won't see it until the report comes out, then you see the mistake, correct the mistake and wait for another 15 minutes to see the report correctly. The few times I've had issues with the system, support has been less than helpful. I was down for an entire day with support telling me the issue was with the network, and later showing support where the issue was on their end and took an entire weekend to fix.
