Mitch & Banc Portal is property management software that functions as a live desk system for real-time site coordination and collaboration. The platform supports field-based operations and on-site decision-making through a mobile-responsive interface accessible across devices. Operators manage properties, track work orders, handle collections, and document property walks. Tenants access unit details, rent ledgers, and submit work orders. Owners, receivers, and lenders monitor assets, review collections, and access site notes. The software emphasizes hands-on operational management rather than traditional ticket-based workflows. Customized dashboards display information specific to each stakeholder role. The platform facilitates communication and coordination among investors, local owners, and court-appointed receivers. All property management activities are centralized within the system, enabling stakeholders to access relevant data and collaborate from a single location.
