Misterio is a proactive AI agent for customer support and sales. It answers customer questions 24/7 in 75 languages and works inside the helpdesk a company already uses, whether that's Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, LiveChat, Bitrix24 or another one. When a question needs a person, Misterio passes the whole conversation to the team there, so the customer doesn't have to repeat anything. On the website, Misterio can also start the conversation. When a visitor hesitates at checkout or on the pricing page, it offers help before they leave. Misterio answers in Telegram too and connects to other systems through an API. Companies plug in their own tools, and Misterio uses them during the conversation, for example to check an order status. Every company gets its own scenarios: multi-step conversations with branching and rules for when a person takes over. On the website, goals and funnels show where visitors drop off, and a scenario can step in right there. The Misterio team builds the scenarios with the client and tests them before launch. After launch, the client can change them without code. Client data is processed under a GDPR data processing agreement and is not used to train models. Personal data in conversations can be masked.
