You can have dedicated views for managing budget and costs but you also have the option to manage your project in a project management view, having calendar features, timeline planner, and more. The iOS app is great and gets the job done, I just wish I could edit more things. I do understand a feature like that may not fit on my iPhone screen. However, I would like to do more on my iPad.
