**What do you like best about CircleLoop?**

The ability to have an internet based telephone number, but also able to have it forwarded to a mobile when not able to pick it up at the computer.

**What do you dislike about CircleLoop?**

Sometimes the service is glitchy, but to be fair, the Circleloop team generally sends emails out explaining that they are aware of it and are on top of fixing it, and it usually is fixed very quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering CircleLoop:**

Cirlceloop is an ideal VOIP solution that can be used either on desktop or on a mobile device.

**What problems is CircleLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have one central number for clients to call that is picked up by any number of colleagues or forwarded to a mobile phone.
