**What do you like best about Mission Inbox?**

I like that our deliverability has improved significantly with Mission Inbox, which resulted in a 7% reply rate on our latest B2B campaign, compared to the average 3% rate. The inbox placement test and scheduled health checks are really helpful in analyzing what works for our email campaigns and target ICP. Additionally, the customer service is top-notch; they assist us with setup, migration, email copy, and outreach strategy efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Mission Inbox?**

I don't really understand how their credit system works, and the manual inbox placement test costs credits. I remember that the cost is around $0.5 per mailbox inbox placement test, which is quite expensive and should be free considering the $200 per month subscription. The initial setup isn't as easy as with Instantly, more tech-heavy as we need to configure domain purchase, Cloudflare, and domain setup in Mission Inbox, though I've heard they now have an AI agent to help with setup.

**What problems is Mission Inbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mission Inbox for B2B cold email outreach. It improves deliverability with a dedicated IP and domain health check. My reply rate increased to 7%. It helps analyze emails and provides great customer service.

**What do you like best about Mission Inbox?**

What I like most about Mission Inbox is its focus on dedicated email infrastructure and deliverability. Having isolated infrastructure and dedicated IPs gives much more confidence than sending through shared environments. It’s a solid option for teams that need more control over sending performance and sender reputation.

**What do you dislike about Mission Inbox?**

One downside is that the setup can require some initial configuration and understanding of email infrastructure, especially if you’re not used to working with domains, DNS, or sending environments.

Once everything is properly set up, it works smoothly, but there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning.

Mission Inbox solves the challenge of maintaining reliable email deliverability at scale. Instead of relying on shared sending environments, it provides dedicated infrastructure, which helps reduce the risk of deliverability issues and protects sender reputation.

This has a direct impact on our outreach efforts, as it gives us more stability and confidence when sending emails, especially in larger campaigns. It also allows us to separate sending environments, which helps keep things more controlled and organized.

**What do you like best about Mission Inbox?**

I have my whole client's infrastructure on Mission Inbox along with all the students I teach in my email course, plus all my personal email infrastructure. I appreciate the deliverability at a top level and having all infrastructure under one roof that I own. The visibility over every client's infrastructure and sending is a big advantage. Tony is awesome, and his team is super attentive. They are very attentive and always on hand when I have a query. We have jumped on calls to solve stuff, and they always make me feel valued. I like the modern interface and great support. The initial setup was very easy.

Sometimes the app has bugs but nothing major

**What do you like best about Mission Inbox?**

I use Mission Inbox for my cold email agency, and it plays a huge part in my success. The deliverability is amazing, and the platform is extremely user-friendly. Setting up inboxes is super easy, and the team at Mission Inbox knows what they're doing. I appreciate that they are always launching new updates to boost deliverability. The support is fantastic; they're quick to respond to any needs I have. Tony even got on a call with me on a Sunday evening at 9 pm to help. When I lost my clients' inboxes overnight, Mission Inbox got them moved over and set up within 20 minutes. They also handled the migration for me, making the initial setup very easy. They're the best!

**What do you like best about Mission Inbox?**

Mission Inbox is hands down the best tool for spam testing I've used. I've run multiple spam tests across different mailbox providers and it consistently outperforms all of them in accuracy and reliability. The setup process is also very easy — getting all the technical pieces configured was straightforward and hassle-free. On top of that, the support team is incredibly helpful. They offer direct calls and video sessions whenever you need assistance, which makes a real difference.

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about Mission Inbox. It does everything I need it to do and does it well. If I had to nitpick, I'd say I wish I had found it sooner.

Before using it, it was difficult to know whether our emails were actually landing in the inbox or getting filtered into spam across different mailbox providers. This has helped us identify and fix deliverability issues quickly, ensuring our emails reach the people they're meant for.

I appreciate the knowledgeable service that gives extra and is always available, with Tony being an amazing person. The initial setup was very much easy for us. I'd rate my recommendation as a 10 out of 10.

I like that Mission Inbox is very UI friendly and easy to use. The platform simplifies the process of setting up inboxes and dealing with an inbox provider, making it about ten times easier than the usual process. Their support team is brilliant, always providing helpful assistance. I also appreciate that switching to Mission Inbox has made the setup process much smoother, reducing a lot of manual work and allowing us to get running with just a few clicks.

Some of the things you do I seem to have to do manually. There might be a better way to set up domains, but i'm doing it one at a time in the ui.

Managing multiple mailboxes and multiple subdomains is key. Knowing the status of the warmup and when to ramp down sending is all handled for me.

I use Mission Inbox as the infrastructure for my cold email agency, and it really helps me to improve my deliverability, increasing my reply rate from 3% to over 10%. The setup is very fast and meets expectations, and I particularly like how it helps with Outlook mailboxes. I haven't found any provider that gives me better results. The initial setup was really quick, thanks to the API connected to GoDaddy, which is my domain provider.

It's a bit more expensive than other providers but you're paying for premium infra for premium results
