The control panel makes it very easy to clone project templates and spin up new programs/projects very quickly. If you can figure out reporting, the ability to drill down into tiny segments is possible. Automation for Project Creation is a nice new feature. Resource Wizzard helps with bulk assignments. We're just starting to be able to extract data to determine margins now due to the granular level of action time tracking the product has. With Project Autocreation, we've been able to cut time down as we previously manually were cloning from a large template and removing milestones - that's been a big plus! We've been using Mission Control for just on two years and without a doubt it's best feature is the fact that it's built on the Salesforce system so we have perfect connectivity and visibility across sales, marketing, operations and finance. There are a handful of features we're yet to use; we probably need more education on what we aren't using and improving our performance on features we are using. With our previous system, we didn't have a view across the organization, so sales and consultants struggled to align on project spend and scope, but now that the connectivity is there, we are better quoting our clients and providing them better visibility. Mission Control being built using Salesforce provided us with an amazing and extensive project management solution which we could simply configure to meet our business need and track key details for each project. The ability to report on projects, assign resources in a click, view a gantt chart are only a few things that excite us to use it everyday. There is nothing we have found to not like about Mission Control. Any ideas we have had, their team has put on their roadmap and give us a date of when it will be completed.
