**What do you like best about Amtelco Secure Messages?**

I have used miSecureMessages for several years. It's nice that when I receive a message on the miSecureMessages, it's important and will not be mixed in with all my general text (SMS) messages. Also, it can link to on-call and personnel schedules.

**What do you dislike about Amtelco Secure Messages?**

I don't have anything that I dislike. It seems to be much faster than a pager and can work on your mobile network or Wifi. The built-in encryption also makes it compliant with many security protocols like HIPAA.

**What problems is Amtelco Secure Messages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's fast and secure. Also, it allows groups to collaborate on a particular issue or patient.
