Mise turns a chef's handwritten recipe notebook into a shared recipe book for the whole kitchen. Photograph a page, speak it, or type it, and Mise reads the handwriting, even messy notes. It turns each page into a clean recipe, with the 14 allergens, nutrition and cost worked out. Recipes are shared with your team, so every chef cooks from the same version. Every change is saved, so you can see who changed what and put it back in one tap. When a chef leaves, the recipes stay with the kitchen. Built with working chefs in the UK, for floury fingers: big buttons and plain words. Free to try; Personal £3.99/month; kitchens £35/month for 10 chefs.
