Our employees enjoy features such as Kudos and Feedback, which are very helpful for ongoing Performance tracking. The contracts part for HR is very helpful for management as also the OKRs part. A must-have tool for any small to large business. I find notifications especially useful because I don't have to remember to check birthdays or to ask colleagues about the status of a feedback or performance review.
