Getting started was straightforward, and I’ve never needed a tutorial or customer support, which is a big plus for me. I also found very useful to have access to board templates that other people have created. Miro played an important role in team agile retrospectives by allowing to make them fun and interactive. Also, Miro boards were very useful for various team workshops and meetings where topics had to be discussed. Allowing people to put their thoughts on the board anonymously made the engagement higher than meetings where people just talk. I believe AI part is very useful but it was not enabled for my company so couldn't test out a lot of cool features. **What do you dislike about Miro?** Not per se issue for Miro itself but for the companies actually not enabling all the Miro capabilities. I have shared a single board with the maximum allowed number of people and the functionality doesn't dip in the slightlest. I use Miro every single work day and I will not even be looking for an alternative because there is no need. I am also still on the free version and so far it has still worked well for me, I love the accessibility of that - and not having the worry about clients needing to spend money to interact with me here. **What do you dislike about Miro?** Most things that have bothered me in the past are easily adjustable and fixed, for example: when many people are busy on a single board and all the cursors are flying around it drove me crazy, until I found the option where I can hide them and focus on what Im doing better. When falling in with existing groups the navigation can get confusing but once I created my own account, which is also a bit of a process but it wasn't too lengthy, things have been simpler. One thing I find almost amusingly annoying is the AI summary that gets sent to me after clients leave feedback. They will circle things and mention what the like and I will get an email about "loving clouds"... and the board activity summary is usually very similar. Makes it a little bit unreliable. **What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work collaboratively alongside other creatives and when working remotely, sending files back and forth with every update just creates chaos and confusion. With Miro we can easily exchange work and opinions, as well as being able to write and adjust things in the program, trying to write down what you mean in terms of creative work can sometimes just get things lost and cause frustration. I also mainly use the application on my laptop but when Im out of the office and I get an update email I can easily see the board from my phone and all these things make the work process of a project much faster and enjoyable. As proof of it's ease, I recently had a return client specifically request a Miro board before I even made one because they love how included they feel and how easily they can keep track of my updates and share their own feedback. ### 17. I can put anything on it; wireframes, flowcharts, sticky notes, mood boards etc. There is some noise today, however, I am able to create a full flow chart of my new product in one sitting -- that is something. I find the template library to be really good as well. As far as collaboration goes, it allows us to collaborate on the same board at the same time, which is great because we can all see who is working on the board and avoid working in someone else’s space. Miro integrates into many third party tools such as JIRA and Slack. **What do you dislike about Miro?** As soon as you have too much stuff on the board it slows down. And when you have multiple screens open within Miro it takes forever. If you try to prototype using Miro’s built-in features it won’t allow you to create a true prototype. One minor gripe but serious none-the-less is when you have more than 4 users on at the same time the labels showing who made changes to the board become very cluttered and difficult to read/see. Some of the better features require you to upgrade to their paid version and before you know it those upgrades add up faster than expected. **What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issue miro solves is keeping everyone working together without having to send files back and forth via email and we used to brainstorm in one tool, create wireframes in another and receive feedback through Slack threaded conversations that made no sense. Miro keeps the brainstorming and creation process in one place. When you’re in a meeting for brainstorming ideas you’re not constantly switching tabs between different programs. Simply share the URL to your board and anyone can take a look without needing an account or learning how to use Miro. ### 44.
