**What do you like best about Miro?**

The ability to collaborate seamlessly with many people at once is a huge plus. It saves time when we need to sync up with different teams, even while working remotely. It feels like working on a whiteboard in real time, even though we’re far apart. It also makes it easy for us to plan together and ideate quickly.

The integration with many cloud provider symbols also allow for better representation of the actual product and architecture that we are building.

It is also easy for a new joiner to onboard and start contributing with new ideas or add on to existing ideas as it is very user friendly

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

One of the issues with Miro is that when the board has alot of content on it, it can get slow and start to hog resources. This would require refactoring the board or moving some stuff to a different board.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Miro, whenever you wanted to ideate or brainstorm together, you basically had to get everyone into a room with a whiteboard just to clearly see what others were trying to describe. With Miro, visualisation becomes a lot easier, and it’s much simpler to follow and build on each other’s ideas.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro for both personal and business purposes, and I find it incredibly versatile. I like how it helps me with understanding the overview of plans and its great collaboration feature that allows me to easily work with other people. It provides detailed, easy-to-understand information and architectures. Building diagrams, workflows, and user journeys is something Miro excels in—it makes these tasks easier than anywhere else. I find collaboration with other teams using Miro to be very productive, as it allows for structured idea sharing that has helped teams grow exponentially fast. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, and onboarding doesn't take much time.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Maybe integrate voice call inside the board? Please maintain a simple UI, as days goes on, you add more features then it becomes cluttered, it might be handy to allow us hide/show features based on needs; it would be nice to have Miro to automatically onboard people, i.e., allow when copying a link, it would have an additional button where I can click to copy and introduce.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I love how Miro solves all communication problems, allowing us to work all at the same time and see the changes each person makes, which makes working very easy. I like the intuitive way it has to start a project from scratch, and its templates are very good, allowing you to see ideas of what can be done with the work and work easily with them. The initial setup of Miro is very easy, as it asks few questions to know what you want to do and with that, it helps you get started.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I think they could improve their artificial intelligence a bit more, sometimes it doesn't deliver what is requested. It would be more useful if before giving a result it offered you options to choose from.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve communication problems, allowing everyone to work at the same time and see changes in real time, which facilitates the work.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like that we can collaborate with our team on Miro, even in the middle of projects, and it allows us to see what everyone has done on the board. The ability to add comments and sticky notes to everything is a fun feature. It's really easy for my team to make changes to diagram flows by adding stickers. The infinite canvas where we can create anything is really amazing and solves our problems.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

The template section in Miro needs more enhancement. It feels quite messy, and the templates seem to be everywhere. It needs to be better structured.

I use Miro to collaborate with my startup team, making detailed diagrams and working on an infinite canvas. It solves our problem by providing a space to create anything, making teamwork easy and efficient.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro to make mood boards and for process submissions at my university. I like how you can get creative with it and the board size is great. I'm happy using Miro and find it to be a very nice experience overall. I love that it's free since I get access through my professors. I also like merging various boards and ideas together and keeping an archive of my art. It helps me organize my thoughts, especially for visual content. I appreciate how I can pin things from Pinterest and access illustrations from Adobe to copy and paste into Miro. The boards are helpful for segregating ideas and using notes to remember things or discuss changes in group projects. The initial setup is really easy, and I would definitely recommend Miro, rating it nine out of ten.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro to organize projects at my work, where product storymaps are viewed more easily and tying in Jira dependencies is smoother. It helps me get my ideas into a visual container that my brain appreciates. As a visual learner, I find Miro makes visual storytelling easier than vocal or text storytelling. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I find it valuable enough to recommend it to others, as shown by my likelihood to recommend it rated at 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I wish the MCP connector with Miro worked better, so I could better use my AI tools to take information on and off the board. I'd like it to better understand the visual context on the board, picking up on visual cues like the colors of stickies to denote categorizations of ideas.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like how easy it is to create userflows, system architectural diagrams and map out event models with my engineers. The new Miro AI feature also helps me create proper userflows that are easy to translate into design and technical requirements. I use Miro at least three times a week to explain new user requirements to my engineering and design team.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I wish I could turn my written userflows directly into a flowchart or diagram. This would save me so much time. The AI feature is not so intuitive.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro helps me translate my user journeies into understandable userflows for my engineering and design team. I also use Miro for creating my imapct maps, KPI trees and other strategic documents for my non technical teams.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

the flexibility to create and the breadth of space to bring things to life. the ability to zoom in granularly and see details/text but also zoom out and see the overarching picture. it is incredibly helpful for brain storming or visualizing potential products, journeys, or process improvements

sometimes frame vs shapes can be confusing, but that is due to user error on my end. i had to sit here and think about something i dislike about miro because nothing immediately came to mind.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

space to visualize potential powerBI dashboards without having to build the tool first. i have introduced "mock ups" using miro as part of our development process and have been given glowing feedback. the ability to create a visual that so closely aligns with what will be built later, while also having the flexibility to tweak designs along the way has made our process smoother and more agile.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like the ease with which Miro allows working with multiple people and the templates that can be published or downloaded in the work maps. I also appreciate the ability to see in real-time what my colleagues are doing and to add flowcharts in an integrated manner, which I find very positive.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I feel that the aspect of artificial intelligence they have could be better integrated because it is counterintuitive, and the content it generates is not very good, to be honest. It doesn't give you much control and yields very negative results. Sometimes, as one uses logic to make flowcharts and things like that, I feel that another type of visualization and interaction with the AI would be better.

I use Miro to create maps, workflows, and dashboards for my projects. It allows me to view and collaborate with my colleagues in an integrated way, which is very positive. The ease of working with multiple people and using templates is also valuable.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro for tutoring, where my tutor and I can write out solutions on the whiteboard for each other to see. I like the simplicity and convenience of Miro. It's very easy to get going and works just as well as a physical whiteboard. Miro is still very convenient with a group, and I think this is using it to its fullest potential. The largest number of people I've collaborated with using Miro is around 5 or 6. I think Miro is pretty much sufficient for people's needs in regard to needing an online space to collaborate.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

It's a bit annoying that I can only edit the last three whiteboards sometimes when I need to revisit old work. I also find it difficult to write legibly with a mouse. It would be really nice if Miro could integrate LaTeX into its text because that would make typing up math so much easier.

I use Miro for tutoring; it solves the problem of sharing my thoughts with my tutor during problem-solving. I like its simplicity and convenience, making it as effective as a physical whiteboard.

I use Miro for school to analyze research insights and translate them into user journey maps. I love brainstorming in Miro using variations of templates. It's great that everything works really structured and clear, and I have the freedom to move or write whatever I want. I also enjoy working together with my team on Miro. The initial setup was really easy, and I think it's very user-friendly—anyone can use it. I'd very much recommend Miro.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I think the design options. When I make, for example, a persona, I can't give it the exact layout and design I want. I think Miro is a bit limited on the design side. I'd like to make shapes and give them color like Figma or have a pen tool.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

Miro is a great tool for collaborating with different internal and external teams. As a graphic designer and visual communicator, my team uses it to brainstorm, create task lists, and project-manage long-form documents. We add screenshots of the pages to the Miro board so we can quickly see the status of every section, and track what text and graphics still need to be created. 

We also drag and drop reference pdfs and are able to extract all pages of the pages, though I have found that the more pdf's we add to the Miro board, it does tend to slow down when loading and navigating around the Miro board.

It’s become a one-stop hub for everything related to publishing these documents, and it’s especially helpful when you’re juggling multiple deadlines across different projects.

I also like the flexibility of using Miro to build and visualise processes that the team may need.

Outside of work, I personally use it to create vision boards and to plan vacations and events.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Sometimes, when I place reference PDFs and extract all of the PDF pages onto a Miro board, it can slow the board down.

There’s also sometimes confusion about which Miro board belongs to which Miro Team.

I’d really like a personal home screen that shows my recent boards regardless of which Miro Team they belong to.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has enhanced collaboration when working across teams and offices. It has also improved efficiency by making it easier to find the information needed for long-form documents, since we can place all the reference and task-list documents onto the Miro board instead of having multiple documents open at once.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro to create high and low-level solution diagrams, especially because it is a very visual tool that helps me explain technical things more easily. I like that Miro has many tools that can be used. Also, even when I have many elements, it is very difficult for it to freeze as long as I have a good internet connection. We used to use Draw.io, but the diagrams wouldn't load or would freeze a lot, so Miro is a great improvement. Although I am not an administrator, it has not been difficult to use the tool.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

What should be improved is the ability to add more text, as there is a limit and that means having to use 2 text boxes. Also, it should have more formatting options for the text, and images like icons sometimes allow color changes, while other times it is restricted.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro is a very visual tool that helps me explain technical things more easily and smoothly, unlike Draw.io which used to get stuck. I love that it has many tools and that, with a good connection, it works without problems.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I love that Miro allows me to layout things any way I want with its infinite canvas, which is super pleasing compared to other programs. It gives me the freedom to put things where I want them and has enough features to help make order of them. The ability to connect things, ideas, and thoughts is great, along with working in layers and locking them. All these tools make it possible to visualize things how I want them. The collaboration and ease of inviting others to join a session is magical. Miro is a medium weight design tool that bridges Adobe with Microsoft-like programs, and it's easier to use and more collaborative than Adobe, yet freer and more flexible than Microsoft.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I think the pen tools could be improved. It would be interesting to have an AI feature to align things or complete templates based on existing content. I also wish there was an option to toggle a grid so items could snap to it and be aligned.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Miro to map qualitative data, create journey maps, and organize personal projects. It gives me the freedom to layout things on an infinite canvas, connect ideas, use layers, and collaborate easily. It's more flexible than Microsoft and more user-friendly than Adobe.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

Allows me to visualize and share ideas with ease. I love the ability write text at any size and zoom in and out. I could also different shape and images. 
I appreciate that I could export my ideas in pdf and images. This allows me to analyze the content is independent AI platform
I also love the newly added table feature. I have used it for a bit now
In terms of response during use, it is quite good and does not lag
I like the fact that I could link it from inside Confluence and Jira with ease. In fact, interact with the board from those environments
I dont know much about the cost but i think its worth the spend we are really dependent on it
It is quite easy to introduce new team mates to use it. In little to no time, they are already using it and become very familiar with because it is intuitive
I do notice the AI prompting especially things like suggesting turning a text to document

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Two persons cannot edit a text field together. very limiting
Exporting is limited to just two formats pdf, csv and image
When you zoom out of a frame, the text header for that from may not reduce in size and eventually become awkwardly large compared to the frame itself
Resizing a sticky note automatically resizes the text. At time, you just need more space and not a text size increase

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very helpful with ideation stage of practically every project. It allows us to brainstorm and formulate idea because it makes visualization easy
It is also every useful for project review and post project evaluations. Majority of my use has been in these areas. It is practically our brainstorming platform
After brainstorming, it is possible to return to the board much later to recall how we arrived at a conclusion or decision

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I find Miro extremely easy for collaboration with teammates, especially with the feature that allows users to follow another user on the board. I like that a single board can hold a lot of frames, creating a one-stop shop for where ideas live. The Jira integration is a huge plus, it allows us to paste tickets and create our own board that we can annotate and tweak as we please. The design tools are useful when working on a new problem; they include a lot of options for pre-built icons, shapes, and attributes commonly used for designing software. It's handy to have these built-in. I also find the initial setup very easy based on my recollection.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Jira status can be slow to update sometimes, though this isn't a huge deal. Certain large images render poorly or are too large to paste into a frame which can be frustrating sometimes.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Miro makes it easy to collaborate with teammates. It serves as a one-stop shop for ideas and simplifies tracking work with the Jira integration, allowing us to customize our own board for software development.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

Miro has is one of those tools that's easy to use, while retaining a level of depth that enables to consistently find new things that improve you're ability to work.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Due to the bundling of inferior competitors as part of wider licensing deals, it can be hard to fight to retain Miro licensing.

The export and import process is quite clunky, and requires a level of technical expertise that isn't ubiquitous amongst the user base.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro is our core facilitation platform, it is a key tool in our consulting toolbox that enables us to work through problems with clients and arrive at solutions in context. Additionally, it's a core IP storage artifact for ourselves, where we store playbooks and associated contents to enable our teams.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like the interface a lot - it's simple enough for a newbie, yet complex enough to do a lot of tasks quickly - with the help of hot keys and button modifiers (like cmd, option etc), it's very intuitive and easy to use once you learn it.
I also like how fast it is on any device - I can work with my boards from a laptop and then switch to mobile view for a quick glance while i'm commuting.
There's lots of help available online so any idea you have and you're not sure how to implement it, you can find help easily online via a quick search or talk with AI.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Some simple elements sometimes are hard to work with precisely - like a placing a miniature single line in a tiny space, drag and drop here is not always very responsive.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to create wireframes for my custom app fast and Miro helps here as its very easy and quick to drag and drop a detailed wireframe for a new page, or modal screen. It's also obviously really good for flowcharts of any kind.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like that you can change colors, draft and picture assignments on Miro. It allows us to work on it together and share it around, which is great because students can have access to the board. I find it valuable for visual distinction and understanding the steps and order of things happening. Putting assignments on the board helps students literally understand how it should look on their paper, matching it with how I'm doing it on the board.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

It glitches quite frequently, especially when I use my Apple Pencil on the iPad. The pencil just stops working, and I have to wait about five seconds or refresh the app before it starts functioning again. It's weird because this never happens when I use my finger, but it constantly glitches with the pencil. I need to use my pencil to keep my writing neat and tidy, so I'd really like these glitches fixed for using the Apple Pencil.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work remotely, and Miro helps me connect with my students, ensuring they see, understand, and visualize concepts. It bridges the gap in remote teaching, ensuring students understand what's going on.

I like the user experience of having an infinite open board in Miro, where I can throw elements onto the canvas, relate, map, structure, and organize. I really enjoy the apps, the marketplace, and the integrations, as they work very well and the services are continuously expanding. The integrated AI offers me good results, such as bringing in a markdown to create a mindmap, and facilitates collaborative work on an infinite canvas, which is useful for tasks, projects, or meetings. Additionally, the ability to interact in real-time or asynchronously with guests or team members is fantastic. The setup of Miro was very easy and intuitive.

I would like to be able to choose a custom color or texture for the canvas backgrounds, maybe also a dark mode.

I like Miro's ease of use, especially for workshops where clients can easily set up and understand how to use it, like with post-it notes. Miro is reasonably customizable, allowing me to create visually appealing workshopping decks that set the mood for participants. I appreciate the templates for getting ideas set up quickly, as they are easy to combine into what I'm looking to make. They help communicate information visually and make it easy to digest. I find that Miro could offer more flexible color options. Creating timelines in Miro is difficult at a granular level because any adjustments tend to require manually updating any items that come after. I've had to use another software for my granular timelines, while I create the high-level ones in Miro. Adding dependencies into timelines would be helpful so that if I extend the time of an item, it would automatically shift later items. Removing weekends from the timeline view would also help, as they give a false narrative of how long things take, and I need to account for this when creating them. Also, when using Miro with Notion, it's annoying that you can't freeze the view as any accidental mouse scrolling will lead you to a blank section of the board.

What I like the most is that Miro allows us to have many things like diagrams, documents, brainstorming sessions, all those things together in one application without having to use several. Also, I think it is a very intuitive and very easy to use application.

Well, 2 things, the first, would it be okay to have more than 3 free boards? No, because they can be used up quickly. The second, this year I was at a company for an internship and they used Miro, and they had the Miro full of things, so it was very slow. It took a long time to open and load, it was a bit slow. So, because it was so full, it made us work a bit slower.

Miro allows us to organize well as a team, have everything in one place, create mood boards and brainstorm. It facilitates collaborative work by allowing documents and tasks to be placed in clear tables for the entire team of 9 people.

I love the user interface; it looks nice and is very easy to use. I use it to collaborate with other people, and they get the grasp on how to use it very quickly. The pricing is also quite affordable compared to some other options in the market. I also like the various templates, like flowcharts and roadmaps, which implement AI and are easy to use. I also attach certain workspaces to my google calendar and the integration works pretty flawlesly.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

The interface for creating certain drawings and figures isn't always optimal, but those are just minor issues. Also, it gets a bit slower when you put a lot of stuff in one workspace, so it's not the best for a very big project, in my opinion. Finding some niche tools also isn't always easy, and I'm not sure where to find the help tool to provide support for that.

I like Miro's pretty efficient interface, allowing me to paste an image, some text, or whatever directly, which I think is really good. It helps when a student has a question on the spot, and I can just grab things from different sources and paste them together to create something useful. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the whole thing is really intuitive. It's one of the best interfaces that I have seen, which makes me recommend it a lot to other teachers and sometimes even non-teachers, saying, 'Oh, you should try this out. It's really good.'

Well, sometimes I use a multiple screen setup, and I think the ability to maybe move the toolbar to a different place would be great. Also, the ability to paste some audio or video directly, like a YouTube video, would be great.

I like the simplicity of the interface and the tools provided by Miro, and how much functionality is enabled through a simple interface. The workshop facilitation features seem to be designed by people who understand the challenges of running remote workshops. They're easy to use, not overcomplicated, and sufficient for my needs without overloading me with unnecessary features. I also find the setup and getting started to be straightforward and easy.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I have some very fine, detailed nuances with the feature set. Specifically, I use copy and paste or alt drag for new elements, especially for text elements, because I often use Miro to layout large amounts of text for presenting. It's almost like document layout, and rather than using the toolbar to select new text elements, I'll simply just alt drag the elements for speed and convenience. However, one issue is that I then have to go back and resize all of the text fields so they fit the amount of text inside. It would be nice if there was a feature to fit all of the text containers to the size of the text in them, rather than retaining the size of the text container they were originally copied from. This is a very minor, fine detail issue that's based on how I use the application and it doesn't affect my overall opinion of the tool.

For me, the symbol system has saved the most time - I make a component and then reuse it as many times as possible. I can change all instances of it at the same time, rather than having to search for each instance individually. Honestly, I would be sad to lose the component/symbol workflow (and the plugins) if I moved away from using Miro. In addition to the component/symbols workflow, the number of available plugins is huge - if there isn’t a basic function you want the tool to perform, there’s likely a third-party plugin that will allow you to do it.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Miro is only available for Macs. Since our development team uses PCs, they are unable to use Miro, which creates significant issues when a client or new employee comes onto the team who uses a PC. The prototype function is very limited compared to other tools such as Figma and Xd, and it’s not where Miro excels. Large file sizes with complex graphics can become slow while you’re in the middle of a workflow.

Prior to using Miro, we were struggling with Adobe design tools that were simply never designed for UI/UX work. **What do you like best about Miro?**

The combination of Infinite Canvas and Miro AI really helps when I’m designing complex systems like document management or fleet logistics, where I need to hold the “big picture” and the “fine detail” in view at the same time. Miro AI’s ability to instantly cluster sticky notes by theme saves me hours of manual synthesis after research sessions.

I also see a real workflow impact in how it helps prevent information silos. Instead of hunting through scattered PRDs, the team can rely on a single visual source of truth for the entire product logic, from discovery through to dev-ready flows.

The fact that Miro Sidekick is now involved in every part of the canvas has accelerated my process like creating user flows in no time and allows the non-tech team to better understand the process and the core of the product. That shifted my team’s productivity to the highest level possible (we won a 6-hour Cursor hackathon because of it).

Prototyping is easier than before and allows us to sometimes skip using Figma for that part. Current MCP involvements also allow us to dream bigger about MVPs from different perspectives, crafting more products with much better UI and UX.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Sometimes, I need to use tools like GPT or Gemini to refine my prompts and save Miro Sidekick tokens. I would love to be able to do this directly inside Miro itself, without needing to rely on external tools.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem Miro solves is "Information Fragmentation." In complex engineering and design projects, context is usually scattered across Figma, Jira, and Slack. Before Miro, our team struggled with "Architectural Drift" where the code architecture would slowly detach from the original design intent because the documentation was a static PDF no one looked at.

We struggled with outdated system diagrams, but now we use Miro Technical Design as a living blueprint. Because it integrates with our stack and Jira, the architecture is always accurate. This has resulted in a 30% reduction in "re-work" caused by technical misunderstandings during the build phase.

"Meeting Tax" Reduction: We used to spend roughly 5 hours a week just in "alignment meetings" to explain user flows to developers. Now, I record a Talktrack walkthrough on the board. Developers watch it on their own time, resulting in a shorter feedback loop and freeing up roughly 20% of my weekly calendar for deep work.

Accelerated Synthesis: After user research, clustering hundreds of notes used to take half a day. With Miro AI, I can theme-cluster a board in 2 minutes. This has shortened our "Research-to-Action" cycle from days to hours, allowing us to pivot or validate features much faster.

I like that Miro makes it possible and convenient to bring all thoughts and ideas together, which is not easy for me in my field or to get the entire team on the same page. With Miro, I can create posting plans and put all my tasks in one place for both myself and the team to review. If someone wants to make changes or add input, they can do it right on the Miro board. It's very beneficial in the creative field where ideas come in different ways. Using Miro makes it easier to decipher which idea is best or even to combine multiple ideas into a new one. I find it easier than any other product for the purpose I had. It's very easy to use, simple, with all the tools right there. The best thing is I can zoom out as much as I want to see everything.

In my opinion, the best part about Miro is how it combines visual thinking with real-time collaboration. Creating a presentation or a document to show in our daily update meeting used to be a one-person job, because we didn’t have the right interfaces to collaborate properly. With Miro, we can work together on the same board, which makes some of those monotonous tasks easier and less tedious. It also helps our remote employees improve teamwork, since their ideas can be represented in a much clearer format and shared in real time through the AI prompts. The pricing is quite affordable and is a great return on investment. Overall, using Miro has helped us successfully integrate what used to be two-application work into one.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

So far, we haven’t run into any issues with it. Most of our workspaces aren’t particularly heavy, so we haven't yet tested how much load a workspace can handle- but so far, none of our machines have had any performance problems.

I like the new prototyping tools and wireframing features in Miro. I really appreciate that Miro constantly develops and introduces new elements like voting and picking features, which meet my expectations. It's also helpful for improving my workflow, allowing me to collaborate easily with people who may not naturally visualize ideas. The tools are easy to use and allow everyone to contribute, even without specialized knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I find stacking elements in Miro problematic. When I want to group things and move them backwards or forwards, it doesn't work quite well. It feels like this feature could be improved. Also, with wireframing or creating a simple line and putting elements inside, the line tries to collide or snap to everything, which is frustrating. It can definitely be improved.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

When I joined the organization where I work, I heard that Miro was licensed and used; I was unfamiliar with the solution and decided to obtain a Miro Full License. I have an IT and Engineering technical background and used Visio and Gliffy extensively. At first glance, I was speculative using Miro but after creating a few boards, I was convinced. Miro allows me to establish visual workflow quickly. In addition, Miro provides options for Web or Desktop-based offerings, but I only have used the online solution. The user experience is exceptional, performs well and provides good product support via their customer support portal. We have integrated Miro with our Microsoft Azure Entra, Atlassian Jira and Confluence Cloud solutions. I am now a Miro user and continue to maximize the value of the solution. We plan to explore the Miro AI capabilities. Pricing is on the higher side but you can reduce the cost with their user tiers.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I would like to see Miro provide advanced shapes specifically for technology, aka Visio stencil-like capabilities. The option will allow me to create specific architectural drawings, for example, AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure diagrams that represent the services and network topogolgy these service providers offer. A better cost model based on a pool of user licenses. We have Miro users that create and update boards in 1 month but then do not update their boards for a few months.

I like that Miro supports real-time collaboration, which is great for brainstorming. It's an excellent choice for creating prototypes and makes notes very interactive compared to using something like Apple Notes or Google Docs. I appreciate the extra features it offers, like running stand-ups, using timers, and the ability to hide and reveal cards, which helps in organizing team discussions efficiently. The library of templates is super great, and I enjoy exploring them. Using Miro has made orchestrating stand-ups more dynamic and interactive, and it's super efficient for brainstorming activities. It's very interactive and has many tools to help draw and convert ideas, making it superior for diagramming and other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

When we keep on using Miro for a longer time, the dashboards become really heavy. So it can take really several long minutes for it to load, and it's especially important when you just join a meeting where you want to use Miro, and then you have to basically wait for everyone so the Miro loads.

It makes it easy to make boards and collaborate with others.
I like using it to plan projects.  I can easily make a user story map, which has all the stories I will eventually put onto the backlog.  From there, I can review the stories with the dev team and they can put points on each sticky.  I can also put information about the project, as well as the epics and acceptance criteria.  Miro makes things organized and easy to read.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Planning poker cannot be pinned and saved for next time you open the board.
The AI could be a little more helpful.  Like, I was trying to get it to make me a user journey map/table with stickies, but it created a weird diagram.

I use Miro to do release planning for projects.  For example, I make a user journey map to make the backlog.
