**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like Miro because it is the quickest, most reliable, and visually appealing place to create, save, and manage my diagrams. The reliability and consistency of the UI/UX stand out to me, and I appreciate its ability to handle multimodal data and offer a plethora of import/export options. I spend less time moving things around and battling with the placement of elements, so I can focus more on getting my ideas into an easily readable diagram. Although I might not push the platform to its limits, for what I use it for, it can't be beaten.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro for building customer experience journey maps, team road mapping, sprint planning, and GTM engagement model/process planning. I appreciate the easy-to-use interface and real-time collaboration features, which are crucial for our remote workforce. It's fantastic that even if someone isn't tech-savvy, they can quickly adopt Miro and feel empowered to use it. This flexibility supports me in a role where I have a wide variety of responsibilities. I also like the Miroverse community; it inspires more visual and creative ways to solve problems.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I wish there were more ways to see what others work on outside of the typical project manager tools, roadmapping, and CX. The AI function could use a little more work, especially for process mapping. It isn't great at building multiple avenues, and maybe some blogs or tips and tricks on how to get that to work better would help. Scaling Miro across the enterprise might be challenging due to different levels of adoption.

Miro enables our remote team to collaborate in real-time, helping us overcome struggles with idea generation and moving past challenges in customer experience. It's user-friendly, even for non-tech-savvy sales team members, making adoption easy and empowering remote work.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro to translate and visualize my work, and it really simplifies the process of strategizing, facilitating, and creating presentations. I love its AI capabilities and how it helps me categorize and build workflows, especially in complex environments with interconnected systems and different teams. It's been incredibly useful for creating visuals that help explain concepts to teams with varying levels of understanding. I am impressed by how fast Miro allows me to share my ideas visually, saving me hours as it gets done in just five minutes. The initial setup was very easy and practical, and it left a good impression.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Sometimes I get lost into how to move the mouse, but I found it. It's very basic. And how to create the flow sometimes it's not that user-friendly. The arrows, how they interconnect, it's very annoying to double-click, right-click, change it, to connect. It feels like we need more flexibility.

I use Miro to visually present my thoughts and logic, which simplifies strategizing and facilitating complex workflows. It reduces the time needed to share ideas visually from hours to minutes.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like that my Miro board is saved, so when I log in even after a few months or a year, I can still see my past work. It keeps a record of everything I've done, making it interesting. This feature is great because if I'm working on a new design, I can refer back to my previous work and take some ideas from it, which helps to make my work more swift.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

One thing that I feel is lacking is Miro could have a text prompt or an AI prompt wherein you could just give a prompt and Miro would make the wireframes for you. You don't have to specifically or manually drag and drop the things.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Miro to easily create and share wireframes with my design team. Miro simplifies workflow creation and sharing across stakeholders. Its templates and drag-and-drop features make designing convenient, and I can store and refer to past work, helping speed up new projects.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I love using Miro for brainstorming, ideating, planning, and retrospectives, especially when collaborations need a visual element. I find it offers a super quick platform to dive into work with ease, thanks to its templates that provide a solid baseline. I appreciate its features that cater to both beginners and advanced users. The collaboration aspect is great, it allows anyone to jump onto a board and start working with me right away. This capability helps us proceed faster than usual, which is particularly valuable for remote work.

Compared to other market leaders, it can feel a bit 'clunky'. Perhaps it's the slightly outdated commands/features that make work just a bit efficient. It also does not have as many AI features that others do for the same price.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like that Miro is feature-rich and allows people to interact at the same time, which is great for collaboration. The multimedia and AI features are impressive, making it easier to have meaningful contributions, record sessions, and facilitate voting while staying within our own setups. The initial setup was super easy, and I find it very intuitive. Although the onboarding could be a bit better, it's not a major issue for me.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

The tool does feel quite isolated to the rest of our setup. We are mostly on Wrike and Microsoft Teams, and it would be great to keep everything on a single view. I'm not sure what the right solution is here.

I have a lot of fun working with my colleagues, and there are so many options to choose from among all the available activities.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Sometimes it looks different on mobile devices. You can zoom in, but at times you lose the bigger picture. I know that’s very difficult to control, but maybe adding a small square showing the full canvas could help with navigation.

When we do brainstorming, it sometimes gets stuck because everyone starts giving the same answers. With Miro, it’s easier to get ideas flowing, even when participation in our activities is low, and it helps us broaden our limits.

Miro could have more fun tools that won’t make it a boring collaborative tool. Some extra fun features would be great.

I really like Miro's AI assistant and the document creation feature. The templates for workshops are impressive, making it easy to conduct sessions. I also enjoy the ability to work remotely with my team in a creative and interactive way. Miro is easy to use and makes my work less difficult. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I don't like that the feature to sync boards is only available for higher packages. Make it available for all packages.

Miro helps me create plans from scratch by starting with diagrams and transforming them into concrete goals. The AI assistant and document creation features simplify my work, making it less difficult. The templates and remote collaboration tools enhance creative, interactive teamwork.

Miro helps teams brainstorm together and visualize their thoughts together  so that's quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I think if you're not a visual person it would be a distraction however the UI is good. I don't think there's anything to improve per se. it's just not very helpful if you're not someone who can easily visualize and doesn't synthesize information in the manner that miro presents.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently used it to collaborate as a team on a lead journey flow. each person was able to place their cards and thoughts and we could use emojis to simply highlight what was needed and what wasn't. it was a great board to lay out ideas and then arrange those ideas. with that we got to decide next steps and connect the missing pieces.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

Templates make things quite easy for me when I don’t feel like creating them from scratch. I also use it for real time collaboration with others and I no longer send each other attachments via email as if we’re insane. I’m pleasantly surprised it worked w/o crashing when I moved my excel data into the template for an org chart and you can also add pics from the internet.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

"Snap To" is garbage and it always puts everything in 90 degree angles that I don’t want. I really wish I could hide those ugly connector lines behind pictures and they never go behind anything. And it is also expensive to subscribe to it and the auto arrange ruins every single layout and I have to redo every layout manually.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can still see the production process even though my computer screen is covered with a huge smudge. I create flowcharts for my programming class and it saves me time. This also allows me to explain my project plans to others without having to talk to them for 10 hours.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

When I first found Miro, it was because I wanted a tool where I could draw out my chain of thoughts or architecture (I'm a software engineer, by the way) where sometimes I would need to go from a big idea and zoom in, and zoom in into the little ideas, like an infinite scroll, so that's one of my main strong points about it, even though it's not infinite. Collaboration is the second main reason to choose it. I use it not only to share thoughts and architecture with my team, but also a lot for training and workshops where I am the teacher, where even people with no previous experience can jump in right away.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

There is nothing I can think of, it suits perfectly to what I expect from this type of tool.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualizing complex software architectures benefits the team by providing a common understanding. I also use this a lot in the workshops and training sessions I conduct. I create exercises where participants use Miro to connect concepts, drag and drop words, etc., which helps captivate and keep everyone engaged.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of Miro is its collaboration capabilities with team members. I especially appreciate being able to share boards with different teams while controlling their access levels. That feature is something I truly enjoy. I love one more thing about Miro, that is there customer support. Amazing Customer Support.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

As a designer, I also use Figma, but I prefer to choose different tools depending on the specific task at hand. When it comes to Miro, I can't say that I dislike anything about it, since my needs are quite particular.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has been instrumental in helping me manage and adjust the flow of business operations. Whenever I need to modify the process, I simply update the flow chart, and then I can easily share the revised version with my team. This makes it much more efficient to communicate changes and keep everyone on the same page.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

The flexibility and how easy to use it. Being an architect I love how it allows you to draw easily and explain or hightlight elements. It usually works fast, with the exception of attaching PDFs, it is usually faster and more stable if you stick to image formats.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Not being able to import PDFs or not bein able to work with the integrated image editor on web (the latter works fine on the desktop client).

It is helping in keeping a better document organization and visual control of what is achieved, needs to be achieved or is creating issues.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

The interactive (stickers, comments, resizing, colouring) + visual (stickies, shapes, imported images) component makes for an excellent way to move from brainstorm to rough ideas to tasks lists and more. All in one platform! Since I work with business owners on their marketing strategy, I've used Miro to onboard, run sessions, and check in with clients.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Many clients, despite being comfortable with online products, struggle to get permissions set correctly and locate video conferencing for the first time. I have added explainer videos but it still seems very case by case.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having organic conversations that feel like you're in the room together even though you're sat at computers. It has elevated my strategic facilitation to meet clients where they are.

Ability to zoom in and out to great degrees, highly flexible framework, real-time collaboration (supports complex asynchronous collaboration, especially with global and remote teams). Interface is easy to learn and mostly intuitive to use

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Significant performance issues. It seems like having more than 10-15 people using at once, or especially when we have 5000+ objects performance degrades significantly. For context, out teams typically reach these limits after ~3-4 weeks of collaboration. Would really like either better performance (e.g., by caching objects not recently changed), or most complete guidelines on how to structure/nest separate boards to collaborate at scale and not suffer performance issues.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I find Miro incredibly useful for product management and design thinking. It's great for brainstorming, customer journey mapping, and gathering ideas, which makes it easier to synthesize and align them. Miro is surprisingly good for both internal and external validation, though it's better at internal alignment and collaborative information synthesis. I appreciate the small, delightful experiences it offers, especially the ability to copy sticky notes into a tabular format and then pull them back out, which respects that not everything starts in Miro. The tool makes bringing information in and out easy, which is really valuable.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

AI sidekick is garbage.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Miro for product management to solve the whiteboarding problem. It's easy to bring people into a shared space for brainstorming, making idea collection low friction and intuitive. It improves internal alignment and collaborative management throughout the development process.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I love Miro for team collaboration and project alignment. It's amazing to have a place where we can all work together at the same time without any downtime. I love the kanban board as it allows the team to track who is doing which task. Whenever I want a feature, I just search for it and there it is; it has everything I can think of. The initial setup was very fast and very easy, even for a PM with no technical background. Miro is way more than enough, and honestly, I love it; it's amazing.

I think maybe Miro could add a voice memo feature and a to-do list as well.

Miro offers a space for team collaboration without downtime and includes a Kanban board to track tasks, making it invaluable for project alignment.

I love the collaboration aspect since many of my team members are located in different states. We have created templates specific to our company to improve work flow and repetitive processes.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Since I am a graphic designer, I wish there were more text options. I would love to be able to adjust kerning, leading, and other things just as I do in Canva and Adobe programs.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro has improved our workflow processes and allowed us to get direct feedback from others in a more efficient way. Prior to, we would email our Indesign presentations back and forth, but Miro allows us to build our presentations directly and collaboratively mark up anything that needs adjustments.

Miro makes it really easy to visually organize ideas and collaborate with teammates in real time. I like being able to map out projects, workflows, and brainstorming sessions on a shared board so everyone can see the big picture. It’s especially helpful for planning website updates, organizing campaign ideas, and tracking tasks visually instead of just using static documents. The templates and drag-and-drop interface make it simple to build boards quickly, and it works well for both individual planning and team collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Sometimes boards can become cluttered if a lot of people are collaborating or adding content at once, which can make navigation a little overwhelming. It can also take some time to organize larger boards so they stay easy to follow. While the flexibility is great, the number of tools and features can feel slightly overwhelming for new users at first.

Smooth interactions even in low-bandwidth situations. I also love all the little things, like being able to quickly focus on a collaborator's pointer. The app also has a nice polish to it - that's important for me because it sometimes is an additional incentive to go to the boards and do work. In other words, our team rarely fights with the UI to do the right thing.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

This may be just me, but I actually hate trying to change line endpoints, getting a line to be the default, and keeping a default style/shape selecting during diagramming. In other words, I feel that I go back and forth on the side panel a lot when creating a diagram of what feels to me repeating patterns. But, it just may be that I need to level up my game.

Also, scaling is frequently a pain. What zoom level was this board made at? 10%? 1000%? It reminds me of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy when a rogue alien culture set out to destroy the Earth the first time. They planned forever, swarmed the planet, bent on destruction, only to realize that a dog was an immense organic lifeform that could swallow their fleet in its entirety (or something like that).

the infinite canvas, pasting of references, quick sketching with commenting with all our team members being able to be in the same space is integral to our design process.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

the snapping of arrows and inability to draw unique shapes (think pen tool in illustrator) are the only things i have issues with

interactive collaboration, ability to have a digital sketchpad/drawing board/canvas that you can have your entire team on is incredible. pasting references, sketching on top of images, etc is great. love that we can create frames and pdf off of them or slides that we can present are great. 

Actually, would be great to be able to 'paste in place' in slides or frames to have consistency in presentations. helps for us with OCD ;)

I’ve used Miro for years in a company setting, and since moving more into the freelance space, I’ve continued to rely on it just as much. I genuinely love Miro and regularly recommend it to others.

As a creative professional who writes and illustrates children’s books, having a visual, flexible space for planning is essential. Miro makes it easy to organize ideas, map out projects, and see the bigger picture without feeling constrained. It really elevates the planning stage, which in turn makes execution far smoother and more enjoyable.

Whether I’m brainstorming, structuring a project, or collaborating with others, Miro consistently supports my workflow. It’s a fantastic tool that adapts well to both team environments and solo creative work.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I haven't come across anything that I don't like. I appreciate that it works well on my iPad.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and messy planning. It gives me one visual space to think, plan, and organize everything clearly.

As a writer and illustrator, this helps me see the bigger picture, work through ideas visually, and move into execution with much more ease. Good planning makes all the difference, and Miro genuinely makes my work smoother and more enjoyable

**What do you like best about Miro?**

Absolutely great, easy to use, thinking space for remote teams. It's learning curve makes it relatively easy for anyone to pick up a few post-its and start collaborating, reviewing, commenting or brainstorming. I use Miro daily - to organize my own thoughts, present to others, get input or collaborate to create and refine.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I would like to be able to use templates better or have more readily available structures I can reuse. I usually end up creating my own templates that I later reuse but I can imagine these might be somewhere in a template gallery I just don't find it natural enough to pick something from there that works for me. So this gap between relatively unstructured collections post-its and nicely laid out frames with charts, tables and various elements is something I have a bit of a hard time bridging.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- A great place to record and store my own thoughts, brainstorming sessions. What would be otherwise in my personal notes or on whiteboards in the meeting rooms now automatically gets recorded in one place so it's easy to find, come back to later, iterate on or review later.
- Collaborative thinking for remote teams or distributed setups. I've used Miro in any combination of all attendees in their own location, to partially distributed and even fully offline meetings where we just saw the benefit of having it recorded in Miro right away as opposed to whiteboards and post-its.
- Miro not forcing me into any sort of structure allows me to work freely and explore my own thoughts, put them down and later reorganize and find structure in them. I often have no idea what the results structure will be so it would not be beneficial if I were forced to start by choosing it.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

Great for process flows, ideation. Basically communicating a narrative in an effective way. It's essential that board are easily shared and accessible for collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Not much to mention. There are just a few small details that could make it even easier to use, or perhaps features that already exist in the tool but I haven't discovered yet. For example, it would be helpful to have simpler ways to ensure consistent spacing between process elements, or to have more options for applying curved arrows without them snapping to a specific point.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of scattered documentation across teams and even organization (not being bothered by using Google or Microsoft as IT environments), makes it hard to keep all information up to date and easy sharable and gather feedback on my deliverables. 
It makes my life as a product manager easier, I can communicate effectively and enable others to collaborate easier on my deliverables.

I like Miro because it's easy to share everything that's there. It's also quite nice for the user experience, and that's the thing I like most about it. The initial setup was super easy; I just made the user account, added the payment card, and that's it.

Sometimes the boards in Miro are too big, making it tough to navigate between them. It can get a bit messy during collaborative work, especially when you need to quickly fill something and find the right place or board within the large workspace.

I use Miro for building flowcharts and business staging. It helps plan changes to industrial lines.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

What I like best about Miro is its infinite canvas with support for multiple documents within a single workspace. It’s an incredibly useful tool that I use daily to mind-map new products, build roadmaps, capture meeting notes, plan sales calls, create storyboards, and more, all in a versatile, visual, and easy-to-understand way.

The infinite canvas really shines in how easily you can move between perspectives: zooming out to see the 30,000-foot view, then diving straight into the nitty-gritty details with nothing more than a scroll of the mouse. That fluidity makes it ideal for working through complex ideas without losing context.

Miro also excels at real-time collaboration. Team members and clients can map and evolve complex ideas together, live. This has fundamentally changed our approach to remote collaboration and, in some cases, has made it even more effective than being in the same room.

Finally, the ecosystem of templates provides a strong starting point that helps teams get organized quickly and produce clear, shareable outputs with efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

While Miro is extremely capable, it can feel overwhelming for new users, especially given the freedom of the infinite canvas. Without structure or guidance, boards can become difficult to navigate, and there is a learning curve for people who are less visually or technically inclined.

Despite being described as infinite, the canvas does have practical limits. As boards grow in size and depth, it becomes harder to continue expanding or drilling down into increasingly detailed layers, which can be restrictive when working through very complex systems or long-running projects.

Performance can also be an issue on media-intensive or very large boards. When many images, embeds, or collaborators are involved, zooming and interactions can slow down, which can disrupt live collaboration sessions.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro solves a key challenge for us in that our teams and clients are remote, making communication and brainstorming more difficult. It provides a shared, visual workspace that allows us to collaborate both internally and with clients in real time.

Using Miro gives us an efficient way to capture ideas, map complex discussions, and track progress as work evolves, all in one place. This level of visual, asynchronous, and live collaboration is something we haven’t been able to replicate with other tools.

Overall, Miro significantly reduces collaboration friction, improves alignment, and helps remote work feel more connected and productive.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

The platform stands out for its ease of use and collaborative features. Working with team members is straightforward, and there's no need for everyone to master a design tool. I also appreciate browsing the premade templates for inspiration and quick starts, as they make beginning a new canvas feel much less intimidating. They are always adding more features and making it better, the AI features have definitely improved since I first started using them.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I really wish it were simpler to keep boards organized. I know there was an update that introduced spaces, but unfortunately, many of my existing boards couldn't be converted to use that feature and they just keep getting bigger and harder to manage.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool enables me to tackle complex problems by breaking them down in different ways, depending on what each situation requires. It saves me time in my discovery phase and allows for easy collaboration with the Product Owners and Developers.
