"Miro Brings Cross-Functional Teams Together with Clear, Actionable Workflows"
What do you like best about Miro?

What I like best about Miro is how it brings cross-functional teams together in one visual space. As a partnership manager, I rely on it to run effective demos, map client requirements, and collaborate on feature revamps with both internal teams and partners. It helps me turn complex discussions into clear, actionable workflows, which speeds up alignment and decision making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

What I dislike about Miro is that, over time, large boards can become cluttered and feel heavy, which can affect performance and make it harder to quickly find what’s relevant especially when I’m managing multiple clients and regions. It also takes some detailed review for less tech savvy stakeholders, and that can slow down collaboration at the beginning. "Miro Makes Process Mapping and Team Alignment Fast, Visual, and Collaborative"
What do you like best about Miro?

In my work, we often discuss processes, training flows, and operational issues across multiple teams, and explaining things only through calls or documents gets messy. With Miro, I can map workflows, create step-by-step process boards, and visually break down system flows in a way everyone understands quickly.

I especially like the flexibility of the canvas, we can start with rough brainstorming and then gradually organize it into proper diagrams, swimlanes, or structured boards without switching tools. The real-time collaboration is also a big plus; multiple stakeholders can contribute at the same time, which speeds up alignment and reduces back-and-forth emails.

Another thing I appreciate is the templates. They save a lot of time when creating training structures, planning sessions, or process discussions. Instead of starting from scratch, we can focus on the content and decision-making.

Overall, Miro helps convert discussions into something visual, actionable, and easy to revisit later, which improves clarity and execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

One challenge with Miro is that boards can become cluttered very quickly, especially when many people are collaborating at the same time. Without strong structure or moderation, it’s easy for content to get scattered across the canvas, which makes it harder to revisit later. For large projects, we sometimes need extra time just to reorganize the board so it stays usable.

Another downside is performance on heavy boards. When a board has lots of diagrams, images, and sticky notes, it can start lagging, especially on slower internet connections or older systems. This can affect smooth collaboration during live sessions.

There’s also a bit of a learning curve for new users. While the tool is powerful, first-time users can feel overwhelmed by the number of features and options. Some teammates need initial guidance before they feel comfortable navigating boards confidently.

Lastly, exporting or converting boards into more formal documentation formats isn’t always as seamless as expected. We sometimes need to manually recreate structured outputs (like formal process docs or presentations) outside Miro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Miro Is a Must-Have: Effortless Collaboration in One Visual Space"
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is a must-have in my daily toolkit. I use it to brief my team, think through ideas, and visualize everything from strategy to project plans. It is incredibly flexible and makes collaboration feel effortless, whether I am brainstorming or aligning on next steps. Having everything in one visual space helps ideas move faster and keeps everyone on the same page. I honestly cannot imagine working without it at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

The only real thing I miss in Miro is a true bird’s-eye view across all my projects. Boards are great individually, but I would love one high-level place to see everything I’m working on at once and how it all connects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for collaboration and workshops, but needs structure"
What do you like best about Miro?

What I like most about Miro is how flexible it is for collaboration and brainstorming. It’s great for workshops, ideation sessions, and mapping out flows or processes with multiple people at the same time. The infinite canvas makes it easy to think visually without constraints, and features like sticky notes, templates, and comments make collaboration feel lightweight and intuitive. It works especially well for cross-functional teams where not everyone is a designer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

As boards grow, they can quickly become cluttered and hard to navigate. Performance can slow down with large or long-running boards, and it takes discipline to keep things organized. Some design-related tasks feel limited compared to more specialized tools, and moving from a messy brainstorming board to something more structured often requires cleanup or exporting work elsewhere. "Effortless Collaboration and Feedback Management"
What do you like best about Miro?

I use Miro for collaborating on different projects and mood board creation with my clients. It makes it easier to organize feedback and revisions with clients. I really like that it has an easy-to-use interface, and it's easy to onboard and start learning how to use it. The setup was very easy and intuitive, and I didn't need to learn how to use it outside of it. The comments feature is very valuable to me because my clients or team can leave comments on different projects, and I can see their feedback in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Sometimes I get lost in the endless board and would love to have an easy way to jump between sections in my board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless, Visual Collaboration with an Infinite Canvas"
What do you like best about Miro?

What I like best about Miro is its ability to make collaboration seamless and highly visual. The infinite canvas allows teams to brainstorm, organize ideas, and plan workflows without any constraints. Its intuitive interface and rich template library make it easy to start productive discussions quickly. Real‑time collaboration keeps everyone aligned, whether working remotely or in person, making teamwork more engaging and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

What I dislike about Miro is that it can become slow or laggy when working on large, complex boards with many collaborators. The abundance of tools and widgets can feel overwhelming for new users, leading to a learning curve. At times, navigation becomes cluttered, especially when multiple elements overlap. Additionally, exporting boards in high quality or organizing content neatly can take extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My primary ideation & concept development tool"
What do you like best about Miro?

As a PM who works on projects that are either in development or R&D stages, Miro allows me to quickly organize ideas, concepts, or key areas of improvements.

I love its versatility; wheter I need to create a mood boards, roadmaps, or UX flows, I can do everything in one place. This is excellent for rapid iteration & sharing.

It's a tool that I use on a daily basis, and would recommend to anyone working in design or tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

While I appreciate the templates, I typically prefer making my own; they're great starting points, but they can be a little clunky to manipulate & bend to ones liking.

There are also some minor UX issues (control schemes) that can bother users who utilise the tool on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Flexible Blank Canvas for Organising Ideas Your Way"
What do you like best about Miro?

It essentially provides a blank canvas that you can simply start to put down all the random ideas you have about a topic or subject and then over time organise it in whatever shape or form. This can be through arrows linking aspects or with Khanboards and more formal structures Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

It can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate between projects or activities, especially when I’m involved in multiple ones through the company I work for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Miro is one of the best collaborative tool for teams requiring real-time presentations."
What do you like best about Miro?

I love how Miro makes it feel easy and natural to bring ideas to life visually. It’s like having an endless whiteboard where everyone can jump in. I do a lot of workshops for clients in advertising, and Miro helps me collaborate in real-time, note taking on the Miro Board becomes so much more easier because anyone can do it in real time. I use it almost everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

The design aspects are a little limited. The movement of the frames can be hard to navigate and one might accidentally move a whole bunch of stuff without meaning to. It's a little tricky to use, not as seamless as other softwares, but it can export the board quite well for other softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
