"Best Tool for Application Development"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mirantis Kubernetes Engine (formerly Docker Enterprise)?

The product is extremely easy to get up and running and is one of the easiest tools I've used to get started with Kubernetes. By far the most useful feature is the ability to easily switch between the Kubernetes orchestration mode and the Swarm orchestration mode. The switch between the two is simple and very easy to accomplish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Containers are the foundation of a revolutionary new Mirantis Kubernetes Engine."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mirantis Kubernetes Engine (formerly Docker Enterprise)?

What I like best about Mirantis Kubernetes Engine is that it uses Docker to use containers for creating disposable, immutable, and consistent infrastructure for developer teams. It's impressive how user-friendly the product is. There isn't a steep learning curve, so our programmers have been able to incorporate it into their workflow immediately. And since the Docker ecosystem is vast, we've been able to focus our efforts on using and developing solutions that power CI/CD pipelines. Plus, the Docker community has a history of rapid innovation--enabling us to improve the developer experience continuously." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mirantis Kubernetes Engine (formerly Docker Enterprise)?

I wouldn't say I like that many valuable features are absent from Mirantis Kubernetes Engine. Although its current capability – image storage — is lovely, developing connections with service providers capable of running containers would be most welcome. This could be a viable path to expanding Docker's premium service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
