"Ever expanding contracts management platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Miramis Technologies?

They are fast, what would have taken us a week to develop, review, update, and get out to employees is now either something I have immediate access to or something they will assist me to get and I can still get it out to my employees within 48 hours. It's something you might not use daily but when you need a contract it's got to be immediate and they are there for you.

Also for the cost, having a platform like this is MUCH cheaper than engaging your employment lawyer each time you need something new drafted up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miramis Technologies?

n/a They are expanding and so even if something isn't yet on the platform they have been able to assist with my questions or get the templates I need ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Miramis Technologies?

They have an ok amount of pre-made contracts in Swedish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miramis Technologies?

Used it for a couple of months. Got a good deal on a yearly subscription and decided to end it after that. I had the dates mixed but asked if I could end the contract. The cancellation was approved, but they changed their mind and kept us going. We kept saying that we did not use the tool and asked if we could change it to monthly payments. Nope, they kept us for a year. Cost us 5000 USD, it's a lot for a small company during the pandemic. The interface/UX isn't great. It's hard to find contracts and sort them.

Their support wasn't supportive at all. Their main goal was to keep me even though they did very well know that I had no use for the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy access to almost everything your business needs for day to day use of business law, weather it be employment agreements or drafting heavier contracts for your clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miramis Technologies?

It could be useful to have more of a puzzle workshop sort of function where I can mix and add different paragraphs with suggestions for possible suggestions as well as combining free text and full editorial tools for the pre made texts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing product but currently more start-up than scale-up"
4/5
What do you like best about Miramis Technologies?

Evidently, PL offers a great platform and has found a great market fit. I think the biggest strengths are the width of the documents available as well as the signing capabilities within the platform. I can really see how smaller companies can benefit from the platform on the back of limited use of your UK platform for UK matters, in which we're neither as sophisticated or experienced vs. Swedish or US matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miramis Technologies?

I think PL is more usable for start-ups vs. scale ups. I.e. in a context where we have most templates and have processes in place it's a bit difficult to see how we can get more value out of the platform than ad hoc obtaining a bespoke agreement/document from time to time. For us to see a higher value, platform functionality really need to be prioritized over content, which is very good but not of too much use to us. What I'd like to see is a leap in editing functionality as well as better search capabilities. May very well be that PL should be more of a start-up platform and then have the likes of Juro for scale-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I would not recommend using Pocket Law"

What do you like best about Miramis Technologies?

Easy of use. One positive aspect of their service is the availability of a range of pre-made contracts in Swedish. But the templates are to generic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miramis Technologies?

To generic templates and their customer support was far from helpful. Instead of addressing our concerns, their main focus seemed to be retaining us as customers, even though they were well aware that we had no need for their tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Miramis Technologies?

The team is so nice and makes some of the more technical aspects of contracts so easy. As a small business owner it can get confusing but they help so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miramis Technologies?

There is nothing major to say I don't like. They can't help in the legal sense but can help explain their contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's like having an all-star legal department on demand"
5/5
What do you like best about Miramis Technologies?

As a startup with no legal processes, you have very few options. Either you have to pay unreasonably high fees for day-to-day absolutely necessary legal documents to run a compliant business or compromise and pay less but end up with sub-par legal advice/ processes. With Pocketlaw however, anyone can build best-practice processes that have been vetted by high-quality law firms and that are also continuously updated so that you don't end up with outdated documents or processes when laws and regulations change. Additionally, it is incredibly easy to use and understand regardless if you have any legal background or not.

Pocketlaw helped us set up best practice legal processes in a matter of days which made our Series A financing, GDPR, third-party auditing, and hiring seem effortless. Highly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miramis Technologies?

None that I've discovered so far. If I've had any questions or been unsure about content or functionality then the Customer Success team have always been able to solve it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
