"Excellent solution for mechanical fleet management!"

What do you like best about MIR-RT?

We have been using this mechanical management software for our fleet of heavy vehicles for a few years and we are extremely satisfied with the results. The interface is very comprehensive, allowing our team to easily manage vehicle maintenance and repairs. The maintenance history tracking feature is particularly useful, enabling us to better plan interventions and avoid unexpected breakdowns.

The software also offers detailed and customizable reports. Additionally, the maintenance deadline alert tool helps us stay up to date, which has allowed us to significantly reduce vehicle downtime.

Customer service is responsive and always ready to help when needed. I highly recommend this software to all companies managing a fleet of heavy vehicles. It is a true asset for the efficiency and profitability of our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MIR-RT?

MIR-RT is a user friendly environement,

We can put together our own reports and the interface to Excell,

You can ask software modifications for your own needs,

They have excellent support team and,

Develop new technologies and news ways of doing things, makind easier your job, to have the information of your operations to take better decisions,

What do you dislike about MIR-RT?

Nothing serious in mind. Little things I would like different but most of the time, I can get around it. If not, I have it developped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MIR-RT solving and how is that benefiting you?

You can program and send automatically reports to who needs it for preventive maintenance due and to come and all repairs to do on each unit of your fleet.

We can create our own inspection sheet, so we can point out the things we specifically need to verify. We can follow-up any critical problems.

Follow our warranty, cores and all costs per unit. And most of this is also available on the phone or tablet for our technical worker who goes on the road.

We can make sure I do what I have to do when it needs to be done.

Our equipement is repaired im temely matters in order to prevent major failures,

We reduce the time to repair in a preventive mode,

We plan more effecively,

We have our technician more productive,

We increase availbility and reliability of the equipments.

All this keep our operators happy turning in less turnover of personnel, our customers are happy for the quality of service, we reduces our cost of maintenance and we have better profits.
