## About MIPRO
Oracle acquired PeopleSoft in 2005. A few of us, who had been at PeopleSoft for almost a decade, saw an opportunity. Create a company dedicated to bringing back outrageous customer service for organizations as passionate about using PeopleSoft as we were. MIPRO was born. Our people’s history translates into a deep understanding of PeopleSoft at its core. We were on the team that developed PeopleSoft’s first implementation methodology, Compass. With that foundation we created MIPRO’s MPower methodology. Known as a thought leader for Fluid, Selective Adoption and Lease Admin with expertise in ERP/Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital and Asset Lifecycle Management. The quality of the personnel they provide and the responsiveness of their staff.

**What do you dislike about MIPRO?**

Availability of preferred personnel can sometimes clash with critical timelines, which causes us to implement alternative solutions.

**Recommendations to others considering MIPRO:**

When you need high quality personnel who can step in and perform with little to no ramp up time, MIPRO will fill that need.

**What problems is MIPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize PeopleSoft for our standard enterprise Maintenance Management module, and MIPRO provides highly qualified candidates to support testing, research, and system improvements.
