MinutesMaster gives teams a transcript with speaker names and structured minutes for every meeting: a summary, decisions, action items with owners and the next meeting. Capture it however it happened — a bot for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, a file upload of up to 8 hours and 2 GB, a recording in the browser or the mobile apps, or a YouTube or Google Drive link. It works in 38 languages, including meetings that mix languages, and translates minutes and transcripts into any of them. Thirteen minutes templates cover team meetings, 1:1s, sales calls, board and committee meetings (motions, vote counts, resolutions) and your own. Team workspaces with shared folders and tags, search and cited answers across all meetings, export to Word, PDF, TXT, JSON, SRT or VTT, and an MCP server with API keys for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents. Pay per recording, not per seat: 2.5 hours free, no credit card; Pro and Business plans. Recordings are never used to train AI models. Made by a Czech company.
