The simple idea - you join a meeting like you always do, but now you have a quiet co-host that does two jobs automatically: - AI Agenda Assistant: It gives the meeting a structure that fits the time - Timer: it keeps time visible so the group stops drifting That’s it. No new methodology. No meeting training. No “please stay on agenda” speeches. It’s meeting best practices. The value isn’t “AI wrote text.” The value is: AI turns a calendar invite into a timeboxed plan, and the timer nudges the meeting to move forward when it normally stalls.
