Intuitive Fulfillment Management with Minor Integration Glitches **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Karolina C. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026 **What do you like best about Mintsoft?** I appreciate that Mintsoft is fairly user-friendly and doesn't really require onboarding. It's very straightforward and quite intuitive, so there's not much you wouldn't be able to figure out how to do immediately. I very much value being able to see historic stock reports, which have been very useful a number of times. The ability to put notes on orders with specific requests is also pretty handy. The initial setup was fairly easy and straightforward, as it's a very user-friendly platform. **What do you dislike about Mintsoft?** I don't love the way it has previously had errors integrating with Shopify. It's seamless 99% of the time, but there's the 1% when it's not. I also don't love that there's no way to have two places of fulfillment that both use Mintsoft be connected to one Shopify website.
