It’s incredibly easy to use, with a beautiful out-of-the-box design. The MCP server is especially useful, and I really appreciate how reliable the Git synchronization is. I’ve been able to keep my old workflow for the most part, which is a big plus and a real differentiator compared to other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mintlify? AI credits are easily the worst part about Mintlify. They really do not go far, even for mid-sized organizations. It’s too bad, because we’re not able to take full advantage of all the platform’s features without paying additional money. I do think this affects Mintlify’s value proposition, as its features, even when paying Enterprise pricing, are locked behind a paywall. A minor thing, too, is I wish there were more detailed logs when the build on the Mintlify dashboard fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Mintlify solving and how is that benefiting you? Mintlify is helping us serve AI-native documentation. Our documentation is now accessible via MCP, and has a on-site chatbot (although the chatbot is affected by credit limitations). I love that I can write documentations with my agent without having to spend hours using Mintlify. I also found the initial setup easy and straightforward. One of the main reasons I use mintlify is to get discovered by AI agents. Using Claude and GitHub to write docs is incredibly easy. Great software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
