MintHCM is a free, open-source Human Capital Management platform built AI-first for the agentic era. MintHCM covers the full employee journey -recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, time & leave management, performance reviews, and analytics with an API-first architecture you can self-host or run on MintHCM Cloud. What sets MintHCM apart: native support for MCP (Model Context Protocol), letting AI agents like Claude work directly inside your HR workflows - scheduling, leave requests, performance review prep, and reporting, handled through natural conversation instead of clicking through menus. For a detailed description of MintHCM’s features go to https://minthcm.org/features/. Open source under AGPL-3.0 - audit it, extend it, own your data.
