## About Mint
First, you link your payroll or accounting platform (think Quickbooks, Rippling, Gusto). Mint then syncs a snapshot of that data and automatically analyzes it to figure out which credits your most likely best suited for. We then generate an internal report with our estimated tax savings before handing it off to our expert CPAs for a final review. At the end, we review everything with you.

## Mint Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient budget tracking product to control impulsive expenses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Mint?**

The number one reason for using Mint for it's effectiveness and organizational accuracy.

Once months of data has been fed to the software , insights can be used to lower the expenses associated with different categories. I divided the categories into Personal , Investment -Stocks and Mutual funds , Family Obligations, Discretionary Expenses.

**What do you dislike about Mint?**

For me, the code is a drag due to competitors like Splitwise , which I have been using since college time and initial years of job available at a lower price point and does much more than Mint can.
That's why, Mint must lower the price for mass adoption.

**Recommendations to others considering Mint:**

If you haven't used any budget tracking apps before then I'd say try the free version of Mint first, and if it helps to become financially lean..which it definitely will :) . Post that, you can decide for yourself whether to buy or not.

**What problems is Mint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For money management apps, it is imperative that the UI is easy, intuitive and doesn't get cluttered even after moderate to heavy data being fed to the software.
