MiniTool ShadowMaker is an all-in-one system backup and data protection solution that can be used to back up system and disk, to customize backup schedule, to manage disk space taken up by backup files, to create WinPE bootable media, and clone hard drive.

**What do you like best about MiniTool ShadowMaker?**

Product was easy to purchase and install.  That's where it ends.

**What do you dislike about MiniTool ShadowMaker?**

For the price point there are far more fulsome and mature backup products for small to medium business.  I was unable to get the software to work as advertised after multiple attempts.   What was frustrating is it would appear to be working and then backups would crash.   Company's approach to refund leaves a lot to be desired as well.  In summary, a product that is not ready for commercial market.  Minitool's other products seem to have great reviews so maybe this product will mature over time.

Small to medium sized business backup for multiple workstations.

It enables me to backup not only desire files, but also partiton and system.

till now, almost few disadvantage has been found.

It's a nice choice for data backup.
