MiniTool Partition Wizard is a really easy to use tool. I like that I support editions of basic partitions. I like that I have the ability to undo and redo changes. It is also possible to manipulate the size of the partitions and mark them as active or inactive. It has a fairly complete documentation on all the features. the program is excellent for hard disk partitions, anyone can make use of it because it presents very easy to use options, also has an assistant for copy of partitions and entire disks, you can make partitions in FAT format to NTFS and vice versa without losing data or formatting, it allows to expand or reduce the partitions created to change the size and it is not necessary to format and you do not have data loss, which is excellent. as a designer I think the interface is very simple, well the manufacturers and developers could improve the graphic interface of the program since it is very simple, and for such a complete and powerful program I think it would be vital to enhance its graphic features, in order to make it more attractive and according to the graphic modernity of the latest versions of the Windows operating system, on the other hand in terms of functions I just have to say that I love it. I like that it is really very simple to make partitions to the hard disk, it is much easier and you have more options than the windows disk partitioner, since it has a graphical interface that shows you the most important functions quickly, you can make partitions of discs with the partition assistant, the partitions can be expanded and reduced without having any loss of data on the hard disk, has the advantage that it supports virtually all disk formats, it is important to note that the program has tools for recovery of partitions so that recovering a lost partition for unknown reasons is very easy with this program. What I like most about this program is the ease to create partitions inside any disk, with the size that I want and configuring it to any format FAT, NTFS, EXT2, 3 and 4 just following a few steps. Undoubtedly what I like most about this software is the management of hard disks, since it can be evidenced when performing an analysis of the data of the disc used, to later select the required partitions, you can resize the partitions without any loss data on the disk, and if any loss of data occurs due to lack of power, the application can recover lost partitions, it is also positive that you can go from GPT file system to MBR without any problem and loss of data. the features within this tool are simply amazing and much better than the inbuilt disk management of windows systems. the best thing about this software is that its free to use. the user interface of the software is excellent and very easy to navigate. a lot of explanation is not required here. there are many features within it from the basic functions such as deleting or formatting a partition to advanced features like merging, extending, splitting partitions .etc. you have the option to create the hard disk partition you like in a virtual place within the software and you just have to press the button. the software automatically do all the commands one by one to make the hard disk look in the way you desire. the tool is very slow comparatively and seems to take forever to complete the process. you cant convert NTFS to FAT32 without the pro plan. the system will lag or probably hangs when the process is taking place. the documentation of this software is not good enough. the support of the software is limited and takes a lot of time to reply to your queries. for working on windows server, you need extra license as the basic version do not support them.
