What do you like best about Privileged Access Management?

As an HR-tech and recruitment company, data privacy, secure access, and controlled internal workflows are crucial for us. miniOrange PAM offers several important features such as restricting privileged access to sensitive systems, just-in-time (JIT) access, privileged credential management through a password vault, privileged session recording, compliance-ready audit reports, and many more.

Their main strengths are agentless deployment, easy integration with any environment, 24/7 customer support, cost-effective pricing compared to other vendors, and mature capabilities like JIT access management and privileged session recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Privileged Access Management?

So far, we have not faced any issues with the product itself. However, the deployment took slightly longer due to the sensitive nature of our environment. Managing privileged access in a multi-service architecture was challenging at first, and the miniOrange team required around 15 days to fully deploy their PAM solution in our infrastructure. What problems is Privileged Access Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

miniOrange PAM is helping us address several security challenges that were difficult to manage as a fast-growing interview and hiring platform.

Earlier, multiple teams, such as support, engineering, and DevOps, had broad access to systems simply for convenience. Over time, these permissions accumulated and became hard to track. With miniOrange PAM, we now have proper role-based controls and temporary JIT access. Users only receive the access they truly need and for the approved time frame only.

Another major benefit is the protection of candidate recordings and sensitive data. These files were previously stored across different systems. With miniOrange's credential vault, storage access is now secured and every privileged action is logged. This gives us greater confidence that only authorized users can view, download, or manage interview-related data.

From a compliance and audit standpoint, miniOrange provides complete visibility into privileged activity, which is extremely valuable as we work with enterprise customers.
