miniDesk.ai is customer support software for small teams. It brings your support email, a live chat widget for your website and embeddable web forms into one shared inbox, and an AI agent answers customers using your own documents and past conversations. If you turn it on, the AI replies by itself when it is confident and the answer comes from your own content. Every automated reply is labelled as AI and logged, and you can switch them all off at once. When it is not sure, it hands the conversation to a person with a draft reply already written. It answers in the customer's own language. Every feature is on every plan, including the free one, and the free plan does not expire. Paid plans add seats and a bigger AI allowance, and remove the miniDesk badge from the chat widget. Pricing is one flat monthly price per workspace, not per agent. No plan caps conversations, and the AI is never billed per resolution.
