The ATS is fully integrated with most of our local job sites and also with Linkedin. **What do you dislike about Mingle ATS?** Needs improvements in CV content search. It will be useful to integrate an AI tool to assist the user in CV screenings. **What problems is Mingle ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an applicant tracking system, it helps our consultant to create jobs, promote jobs to different job platforms, automaticly collect applicants and direct searched candidates. It allows us to mark the candidates throughout each recruitment step, writing notes, adding files, keeping full history, duplicate and allocate the candidates to a certain project or client, book interviews, send email templates, etc. ### 2.
