MineralTree automates the mundane tasks of accounts payable and streamlines the approval process allowing us to spend our time on more important tasks. It also integrates well with Quickbooks online. There are some improvements i'd like to see including making it easier to attach a document to an existing invoice and fixing some of the glitches on the invoices tab like trying to view the approvers on an invoice. What do you dislike about MineralTree? The only thing I dislike about mineral tree is the integration our company has with NAV Dynamics. It isn't as efficient as Quickbooks integration. Mineral Tree has an incredibly responsive customer support team. Anytime that an issue pops up all you need to do is put in a ticket with a description on what is going wrong, and they will respond to that ticket within the same day. I love the ease of contacting their support team! Aside from that the ease of using their site for invoice payment is great- it is user friendly and easy to train new hires on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MineralTree? Mineral Tree does have a couple of flaws, it could be with the desktop app that we connect Mineral Tree with. There are occasions where our invoices do not pull through correctly or get stuck and we are unable to do anything with them. Mineral Tree has made it easier for our company to make payments to vendors. It connects with the software we have on our computers to pull through invoices and make payments. The best thing about MineralTree would have to be the system's ease of use. MineralTree has drastically cut down on the time we need to spend on processing our accounts payable, the review process and payment processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The only thing we dislike about MineralTree is that we are unable to upload invoice copies from MineralTree to QuickBooks Desktop, we are hoping this will be available in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Mineral Tree has taken us from a business that manually entered all invoice to a business that is more automated. Set-up initially takes time, as does any new program. Their help support is quick to respond and fix any issue or provide addtiional links on how to handle processes. MT streamlines the actual payment process by handling all the electronic payments as well as printing and sending out checks. Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 3/3/2023 "Cut our payables entry time in half" 5/5 What do you like best about MineralTree? I would say the online approval of invoices (so easy for everyone) and skipping the data entry are the two best things for us. I only wish we had implemented it sooner! It has saved our payables processor so much time. I can't forget that we never have to file another piece of paper or stuff another envelope with a payment. All invoices are scanned in and retained for users to view, should they need to. Simply the best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MineralTree? If I have to think of something, I would say if we could set up defaults for more than one expense on a vendor, but it's a small one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is MineralTree solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to send emails to get approval on invoices. Now we can forward the image, and the history is captured in the audit trail. I like the automation of the connection between MT and quickbooks. For the most part it has made things a lot quicker for paying vendors. We have tried other bill pay vendors and feel MT has met most of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MineralTree? We had a lot of issues at the beginning, our compnay profile was corrupt and so MT uploaded all our vendor ACH info for us and some numbers were transposed and we became a victim of fraud. We do not use the vendor submission part of the program, all our invoices are entered through quickbooks first and then sync to MT. Using MT has provided more time for other things.
