AI helps with the speed of the data entry process. Implementation went smoothly. What do you dislike about MineralTree? There is a small lag in time that slows the A/P process. Specifically, when an invoice is scanned in, you will have to wait overnight to process that invoice. MineralTree is a great platform for AP as it is able to sync with nearly all popular accounting software in the same manner, whether it's cloud-based or not. Being able to use the same platform for clients with both versions of Quickbooks, as well as Xero and other options, really ups the value. It's also super reliable, and fast to sync info back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MineralTree? I don't love the price, and I really don't love the price when we're also being asked to pay by the transaction in addition to the annual subscription fee. Additional training or information on the document interface and Silverpay sides would also be helpful. MineralTree reduces the time it takes to process AP invoices not only because the automation picks up invocies coing an approvers, but because we not longer have to have the invoice approval process and entries process done separately. The support team chat function offers a quick response. They offer a variety of reports to help us process payments, reconclie to our accouting software and manage our vendor update controls. Their is no AP aging report we have to manipulate the bill detail report for aging. We updated out company logo and MineralTree would only fix it for a large amount of money. Since we are growing it was neccesary for us to create multiple holding companies when we set up MineralTree since new subsidiaries could not be added to our current MineralTree companies if we did not. The most helpful aspect of MT for our business has been the user interface for members of our organization who are not in Finance. Prior to our implementation, all invoices were routed through an approval workflow in Netsuite, which our users did not like. The current MT interface that we employ has been much better received by our users and has made invoice approvals take much less time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MineralTree? The biggest downside for us has been that Trasfermate transit times have made it some prohibitive for us to use MT for our international and domestic wire payments. MT has solved our prior issues with end user engagement and user not liking our prior workflow tool. Also, the OCR technology has enabled us to cut down on external consultant spend for invoice coding. Additionally, the invoice archiving functionality has made it much easier to find invoices quickly when needed, although one improvement I would like to see is a better way to download copies of invoices en masse.
