Our company utilized the online safety training courses. It is simple to assign courses to employees, send reminders, and track completion. I also like the various Templates and HR Tolls availalbe to aid in creating job descriptoins and policies. Having the time to use all the available resources is the most challenging thing I see. I love the Employee Handbook and job description section. It's easy to keep our handbook and job descriptions up to date. I also utilize the Management forms and templates! And the best part is the expert advice. When I have questions, they can usually get back to you wtihin 24-48 hours. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Mineral?** I do not dislike anything about Mineral. The only thing that may be more helpful, would be quicker responses to questions that I send in to the experts for advice. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Mineral:** The program came highly recommended to us. This program has everything I could ask for in assisting me with all things HR. Take the time to review the site.
