The most helpful thing about Mineral is that it is a really great platform to develop employment laws and policies and is very helpful in offering everything needed as reference resources and support tools. It is a great platform for consuming large databases of information. The advantage of using it is that it is very user-friendly and easy to use compared to other platforms. Too many products available to write about. One of the products I use often is, "talk to or send a message" to one of the experts. If you have an immediate concern on how to handle an employee situation, you do not have to spend a lot of time doing research on your own or have to be put on hold when calling a State or Federal Agency. Just submit your question to Mineral, and one of their experts will reply quickly. The second product that I rely on is not having to worry about new compliance issues that can occur with the State your business is located in. Just set-up your company in Mineral, and they make sure you are notified about any changes that are taking place. These are just two examples of what Mineral has to offer. As for dislikes, I do not have any that are major. I have not had a chance to submit my question about notifications I receive on changes that need to be made on our Employee Handbook. But, I will get on that soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the resources and law updates that are offered. The website is easy to navigate. They offer plenty of support and instructions. I just love the law updates! They are timely and helpful! I even love the question of the week emails! I have learned more than a few things that way. I am new to Mineral and so far I have found it easy to navigate the website and the information is very useful. I also configured an employee handbook in about 15 minutes by inputting some basic information. This is an excellent feature of the service. I have taken and assigned courses to employees for Disciplinary Purposes - every course is spot-on and well-presented.
I have participated in Mineral Webinars - every speaker is knowledgeable and pleasant to listen to (no boring lectures).
This is one of the best resources our HR team has available 24/7. I am very grateful to our Executive Leaders for blessing us with this resource!

I've been using Mineral for four months now and am very happy with their product. There are many great tools available from Mineral that help me with my HR responsibilities. Two that I like the most are the laws & updates for multiple states, and their trainining courses. The training courses helped me bring us up to date on our harassment training for every employee, and I have managers assigning groups of courses for customer service and more each quarter.
Integration and setup was a simple and easy process, I've contacted customer support once and they were prompt and helpful.
This is a tool that I utilize quite frequently, and that I've come to depend on as a resource. I enjoy receiving their emails of Question of the Week along with their recommended webinars, of which I've attended quite a few already, learning and using them for my HR certificaiton credits.

I love the ease of use of the site along with the product offered. I reach out to experts often, and they give educated, sound, and logical responses. I love receiving law updates, which gives me a few minutes back each week. I no longer have to search for the info, it is in my email when I log in for the day! We utilize the Learning module, and the catalog offers quite a lot. I use the Mineral site many times each week, it is a trusted and reliable site that I find easy to use and navigate. There is an abundance of content where I can usually find what I am looking for. If not, an email to their support team is answered most times within an hour or two, but always within 24 hours and with a valid response, not a canned response.
