What do you like best about MineOS?

I like that the platform is all-inclusive and provides for all needs and all privacy regulations. It's fairly easy to set up. What do you like best about MineOS?

The automation and suggestions of processing activities and data categories usually processed by most well known vendors. As far as I am aware, it's the only privacy management platfom embading authomation to such degree. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

The data scraping solution offered to scan the employees emails doesn't have any transparent guarantees that it protects the privacy of all employees (quite ironic).

The templates for registereing vendors/processing activities are not customisable at all. Any new fields that can be added must be plain text, not even links, and the existinf fields are very rigid to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Your feedback on the platform is welcome. We are putting a lot of effort into improving MineOS daily to provide our customers with up to 100% transparency of their data sources, and data flows using our Email Navigator technology. Your CSM would be happy to share articles regarding the Data Privacy concerns you brought up. Similarly to the MineApp, the email scan doesn't collect any personal information. We DON'T track employee inboxes (but only metadata) and we DON'T store anything on our end. All of this is done to ultimately compile the most comprehensive list of systems. The data collected in this process is the bare minimum we require, and it isn't kept once the scan completes.

At MineOS we go beyond the usual onboarding when the company already has processes set in place to make sure you can migrate efficiently and as quickly as possible with the certainty that you can manage all of your privacy tasks on the MineOS portal.

Our team will be happy to assist you with any technical issues you're experiencing. Since MineOS is a technological and robust system, we update the platform regularly, and at times we find bugs that we fix immediately. The support team is highly responsive on Slack, chat, email, phone, you name it.

What do you like best about MineOS?

I love how easy it was to get started with Mine. Their UI is easy to follow and makes addressing customer data requests stress-free. As a one-person team monitoring these requests right now I couldn't be happier with the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MineOS?

Mine has allowed our team to move from a 100% manual DSR process (taking hours of developer time to process a relatively small number of inquiries each month) to one that is 90% automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

From our point of view, Mine PrivacyOps fits best into an organization that already has a loose understanding of how to handle privacy requests for their specific customer base, PII types, country profile, etc. We did not rely on the Mine team for answering any legal questions and would suggest that prospective Mine customers do not try to entirely replace the need for a legal team review with the Mine product. What do you like best about MineOS?

My favorite thing about Mine is their support. They are responsive, friendly, and helpful. It's almost unheard of in other tools I've used.

But the reason we selected PrivacyOps is that it can detect shadow IT. Other vendors that I've talked to said that was an impossible task, and they have a clever and innovative way to do that.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

If you're using PrivacyOps to manually respond to data subject requests (rather than automated), you will have to keep a list of which systems hold which type of data, because all of your systems are in one unsorted list. But true to their excellent customer support, they have it on their list of features to add.

What do you like best about MineOS?

Mine is a reliable, easy-to-use, and effective platform for managing our privacy and compliance needs. It helped us understand our risk exposure when it comes to regulations and is extremely helpful for data mapping. The platform is very intuitive to use and has a fun and playful UI. I love working on it.
