The customer support manager has been fantastic in onobarding our company and providing amazaing after sales support . She contantly checks in on progress and offers to assist in removing any blockers experienced .

What do you dislike about MineOS?

What do you like best about MineOS?

The people are great to work with. I have a complex organization. The team at MineOS worked with me to get up and running in an hour or so. They make ongoing maintenance of my environment a simple task.

Responding to privacy requests can be a high-stakes operation. MineOS gives me great visibiltiy and traking for this process. It ensures that my customers are in control of their data and that we are responsive to their requests.

I have recurring meetings with my account manager. She has a great understanding of my company, why we use the product, and how MineOS works with our use cases. She keeps me updated on product updates that are relevant to my use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
