I find the interface to be cumbersome. It's just in general designed to take many clicks to do things, adding data source providers, can't find a way to remove a provider, requesting approval, can't find a way to approve the provider; afaik there is no way to see which employees are involved in which data deletion request workflow. It just feels like the UI is very non-intuitive & that makes it feel very slow to use or change; I've actively avoided changing our setups any more then I must because it just feels tedious. The UI and customisations are very user friendly. Integrations are also very straight forward. Implementation was fairly easy. As a smaller organisation we are treading water into the need for a broader compliance understanding and process flow internally. From the initial introduction into the (easy to use) system and the ongoing support of the MineOS team, it has allowed us to breakdown the tasks into bite size chunks and pick-off each as managable steps. Educating our wider business team as we go. A regular ongoing series of on-boarding and setup call has really helped close out the setup of the system, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. We rely on Mine primarily to help with our DSAR process, as that was our immediate need. We are now expanding our use of Mine to help with data mapping and RoPA generation. It is great to have all our documentation linked together and in one location. As our privacy program matures we will continue to use more features available in Mine. Also, customer support has been excellent! Requests are handled timely and researched thoroughly helping us gain insight into the data we hold. One of our deletion request "integrations" is in-fact just an email to the third-party company asking them to delete a record. I don't classify this as an integration per se. It would be nice to see the Mine team build out APIs to these companies where they are available to truely delete a record held at a third-party platform directly from Mine.
