As a small software shop, MineOS fits my needs perfectly.

For DSR I only had to connect my Google Workspace to delete user data from Google Drive. I used the Integration Builder to delete from Notion and even send a notification on slack when it's done.

The product has a few errors now and then, nothing that breaks out use, but it's there. Mine PrivacyOps makes DSR handling insanely fast. We get data deletion requests (DSRs) from multiple channels, and now the entire flow is much easier than before.

We also like the support team, it’s great to get support over Slack. It’s super convenient. In addition, the people at Mine are adding features on a weekly basis which is sometimes very helpful (depends if it’s a feature you needed or not).

It was hard to keep up with all the changes in the portal (as I said, there’s always something new when you log in). The UI also changed a little bit every time.
