What do you like best about MineOS?

Mine's implementation was incredibly painless. Not having to involve other internal teams made the process fast and easy, and I could manage the lift on our side on my own. The solution performed up to my expectations, and the UX was clean and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

Not so much a true "dislike", but the solution is relatively new, so certain "nice-to-have" features are still in the roadmap and not yet deployed. As Mine adds more ability for users to customize views, the soution will be even more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MineOS?

Customised integrations and extremely user-friendly UI!

The tailor-made integrations (where ones are available or possible to build) help standardise and quicken the data request handling. The set-up is adjusted to the company's tools, so in the end, it fits into our current flow and makes it much smoother. The portal is intuitive to use and easy to navigate. Most importantly, the actual request handling processes from creation to closure is straightforward while having all of the sanity checks and confirmations that help ensure nothing is missed. What do you like best about MineOS?

Mine really changed everything about how we take care of privacy here, mainly due to the fact that they have 1M+ users on the B2C side as well (so everything integrates beautifully). All from the Privacy Center, request handling, and data mapping, we use on a daily basis. Features like templates and customization of the emails we sent out and our data source lists are also not to be underestimated, you’ll get me if you used one of their competitors in the past. I don't know how we managed without Mine for so long, it's definitely something that makes the unpleasant work of requests easier. It's beneficial for any company to embrace Mine and explore and use as many tools as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

Sometimes I would like to have a more of a no-touch experience, quite often they suggest you talk to them. It’s not bothering me that much as Mine’s support team is very competent and responds quickly, but it’s additional calls or emails in my already packed day. Example: We had to change the logo in our Privacy Center (and it wasn’t available for doing it ourselves). Also, please localize the templates/Privacy Center to more countries!
