This includes managing all incoming DSRs, making sure we don’t have risky data out there and giving our users tool to better control their privacy (design wise). When we set up our account at first, the system offered to connect us to one of Mine’s experts for an advisory consultation. The value we received in this convo was unbelievable! They helped us to streamline every aspect of our privacy operations and have a clear image of everything we do in the company. I think that Mine’s data mapping is extremely useful. It helped us to find our SaaS tools that hold our users’ data without any real need. We took it back fast and I don’t even want to think what would have happened if these tools were breached before we pulled out the data. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** Mine gives really good benefits for users in their free plan, but as soon as you need an integration (API) you got to pay. Not a lot of money (compared to other solution), but it still deterred us. To sum up the dislikes, it mainly concerns the need to pay them to unlock their most powerful features. **What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the fact we didn’t have to spend a single minute on setting up our platform. Together with the DSR management platform and the live data sources mapping, Mine is the only privacy solution we need. They also recently released a WixAnswers integration which was exactly what we needed; it was our bottleneck every time someone sent us a data deletion request. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** Some minor tasks can only be done by contacting their support (such as updating the company logo or changing the DPO address). Mine could have built it into the system to make it self-serve, just like the rest of their platform. I know it’s minor, and it’s totally fine that we have to contact the CS team since they are very attentive and helpful. They answer via the chat bubble in literally 2-3 minutes. Fast and easy to use, teamwork friendly, excellent UX, great features. 2. The company vastly improved its privacy operations (and compliance with GDPR) thanks to Mine's automatic flows. 3. Easy setup. It took 1 minute from signing up to having a ready-to-use privacy platform. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** We definitely had to plan in some time for the setup to use Mine PrivacyOps the exact way we need it (with all of the integrations etc), but in comparison to other privacy platforms we used in the past, it was an incredible and fast experience. We loved the fact it was self-serve. We especially enjoyed how we knew what we had to do, as on the front page all the set up steps are listed. There was once step we couldn't complete for some reason (we really wanted to see that sweet 100% mark!) but I think it's solved by now. **Recommendations to others considering MineOS:** Before using Mine PrivacyOps we never really thought about minimizing loose data ends within the company. Data Mapping is a great tool to get an overview of all our outgoing data addociations. I would highly recommend every company to do a mapping of their own, it's eye-opening when viewing all of the insights. **What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems we had in the past, like having to manually delete data from different data sources is finally not an issue anymore. The automations and also email integrations on our data source list covers all we need in one place. It's also great that we can import external received requests on there and handle it through Mine PrivacyOps. We mainly use it to handle incoming privacy requests (data deletion, data copy, etc). It's simple and easy to create automations & integrations and the UI is clean. The Dashboard shows open/closed requests so tracking is straightforward. Each closed privacy request also includes details for demonstrating compliance which is a neat bonus feature. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** I can't think of anything specific that I disliked in the ongoing operations. It absolutely revolutionized how we handle our privacy ops, including: Data Subject Requests / Data Subject Access Requests fulfillment; Sensitive Data Discovery; Data Mapping; GDPR Compliance; and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The setup was butter smooth. The platform allows you to onboard with no–touch, which means I did it all myself without having to speak with anyone. 10/10 in terms of ease of setup. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** When I implemented Mine, it lacked two key integrations for my organization (Salesforce and Hubspot), but my teammates tell me that these APIs are available now. We need a way of giving our customers a sense of privacy protection and care. With Mine, we can accomplish this. We handle privacy requests blazing fast, and everything is structured and easy to use for our users. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** Unfortunately, it took me a while to understand the real value that Mine offers. Their website lacks in explaining how everything is connected between their business product and consumer product (digital footprint discovery for internet users), how you get extra context per each request, and how the integrations can really help you automate your privacy operations. After taking some time doing research (and trial and error) I have found their service to be exceptional, with great uptime. **What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The GDPR is now in force and we’re thrilled we have Mine to give us peace of mind about that. It allows our users to submit requests conveniently, with a dedicated form. While it’s super straightforward for our users to submit requests, the real value we see in it is the fact we receive the request in a way that is structured and it automatically gets into our existing workflow where data is then being deleted automatically from our data sources. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** More customization to the data mapping feature could have been great. We would have loved to add more fields / change certain elements. **What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since it now takes us less time to handle each request, requests are fulfilled faster and no privacy tickets go underway. And Mine does it all while increasing the efficiency of our teams, as it’s all automatic. Mine is a great privacy management Saas tool that brings efficiency and peace of mind to our company. Employees no longer need to take care of mundane data subject request fulfillment, which was a real waste of time. Though I didn't do it myself, my colleagues tell me that the onboarding was fast, setup was easy, and they had a working platform in their hands less than 5 minutes after signing up. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** Can’t wait to see more features coming out! Right now Mine offers a “complete” privacy ops platform, but in the next few months, once they roll out their next big updates, I think they’ll be the strongest player in the privacy industry. **What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Though I'm not on the privacy team, and I'm not sure what the original reason for using Mine was, I know that the company has greatly improved its privacy processes since using Mine. Privacy management was a real headache for me before - controlling all data sources, handling deletion requests, making sure we’re compliant with GDPR and CCPA... doing it all manually was a nightmare. I like the fact that Mine offers automation for all of that. And setting it all up was fast. The people that developed Mine created the platform with the single goal to make you spend less manual efforts & time on privacy ops. This also means you reduce privacy and compliance risks (as you let AI do your heavy lifting). Mine’s entire platform is centered around the idea of giving you peace of mind with regards to privacy, which is fantastic. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** Actually not a lot. My only issue is that there’s no “Dark Mode” in the interface, but that’s really negligible. I can’t stress this enough. Until you enable Mine’s automation for your company, you don’t really understand what you’re missing. Hear me out: if you’re doing *anything* manually regarding data privacy in your company, you’re doing it wrong. Mine PrivacyOps does everything for us, automatically, and it didn’t fail us even once. It’s some sort of “cruise control” magic that saves us about 2 hours of work everyday. Setup was really short (I think less than 10 minutes), and the entire operation was functioning well, with no errors at all. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** Nothing I can think of right now. In the past, we had some bugs, but all of them were taken care of within 60 minutes or less. Yesterday we got an alert when one employee from Marketing signed up for a new service that may require holding our users’ personal data. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** We’d love the “privacy center” to be available in more languages. They have recently added French, Deutsch, Arabic to the privacy center but we need more. This report includes everything our privacy guys need to demonstrate compliance. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** There are no considerable disadvantages when using Mine. Although it would be great if they add some new features such as automatic ROPA export flows that don’t require user interaction, or at least being able to export it to API, and an ability to keep track on who’s accessing this report among our company’s agents. **What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our records of processing activity (ROPAs) can be exported easily. Out of 42 data sources we found for our company, only 30 had an available integration.
