## MineOS Reviews
  ### 1. After trying many privacy solutions, I found the one that works best for me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

The best thing about Mine is their friendly UI/UX and the ability to use pre-configured APIs to automate our privacy request management. Hands down, Mine is the best solution in the market if that’s what you’re trying to achieve.
Make sure to connect all of your team members (at least one from each department) and have Mine’s team show them how the platform works — this results in great efficiency.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

For what I need they cost more than other solutions. BUT! Given the fact that I have a very close account manager/customer care rep by my side (Hey Galit) it’s totally worth the buck. Other privacy platforms I tried didn’t even bother to answer my support requests, they just redirected me to their pre-written knowledge base which was NOT useful. On the contrary, with Mine I get 1:1 live help (actually help) which is neat.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. DSR and DSAR facilitation time dropped at least 50%
2. Consent management through 3rd party, we closed everything in the same deal.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for your review! We're excited to hear that you think Mine is the best solution in the market. That's what we strive for. Cheers!

  ### 2. Privacy management done right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** איתי . | Head Of Infrastructure and Construction Finance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

What we love about Mine is how easy it is to implement new automation to fulfill privacy requests. Data discovery is easy as 3 clicks, and their new consent management integration just makes everything great.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Since Mine is still evolving, not all features are available at the moment. For example, the consent management was only added 2 weeks ago. On the one hand, it's nice to know they're working so hard on creating new tools and flows to make privacy easy, but on the other - we wish we had everything on day one...

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well we use Mine PrivacyOps for anything related to privacy, so we solve a lot of problems with Mine. We get data transparency, we reveal hidden data sources, we handle all privacy requests automatically and thensome.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave this great review, Itai! We're happy to hear that Mine's DSR handling automation and flexibility are improving your workflow.

  ### 3. A must-have for any B2C company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas D. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

1. We chose Mine after reading reviews about them on G2, and we're thrilled we did.

2. As we have had more than 10,000 users throughout the past 2 years, and many of them now request the deletion of their data, Mine was the obvious solution. Mine not only helps us facilitate all of these requests, but also gives our users a better way to submit them; this means that users love us even more thanks to this privacy platform. This is super important for us since we put our customer’s data privacy experience first. Mine allows us to deliver on this promise.

3. Also, we think that the real-time data mapping is invaluable. We didn't receive such detailed data sources visibility maps and PII tracing with any other vendor in the market.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Nothing I dislike about Mine. Perhaps only the fact that their UI changes every month, which isn't confusing but does take a few seconds to get used to. I think it's good they're pushing updates and evolving their service.
And if we talk about UI changes, it's worth mentioning that the recent change where they allow us to make a list of all of our data sources is great, but it could have been even better if Mine explained that not all sources have automtions. We were used to the fact that everything under the "Data Sources" page was integration-ready and it's not the case anymore. It's totally reasonable, and we understand why it's the way it is, but still - we had higher expectations.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

Since Mine now offers consent management as well, I highly recommend choosing Mine as your sole vendor for all privacy operations. It's so much easier than other vendors in the market.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our company now uses Mine thanks to its easy-to-use interface. Someone from Support even said it's now "fun" to handle privacy! That's reallt great for us. Problems we solve thanks to Mine are: Automated data sources discovery and mapping; evidence and context for faster request validation; fully automated DSR handling; consent management.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for the feedback, Thomas! We're thrilled to learn why you chose Mine, and happy to see you're satisfied with our platform. We have noted both suggestions. The Mine team is continuously working to make sure we hear customers' requests. Cheers!

  ### 4. Mine PrivacyOps is the future of data privacy compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mine PrivacyOps has a very good-looking and easy-to-use interface. Setting up the integrations for automation is simple and the integrations team at Mine is very knowledgable.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Nothing to dislike. Mine continues to improve its platform and offerings. I am excited to see what new features and improvements get released next.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

Mine ProvacyOps is an enterprise solution without complexity. It looks beautiful, it's simple to set up and administer in as well as is backed by a very capable support team.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue that Mine solves for us is the automation of privacy requests. Mine integrates with our PII platforms and seamlessly facilitates the required data operations with a single click.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for your kind words, we're glad you're enjoying the product and our team's hard work. We'll make sure to pass on your compliments to them. Keep an eye out for more great things to come! Thanks to your feedback, we're able to keep Mine PrivacyOps as the #1 ranked privacy software on G2.

  ### 5. Mine PrivacyOps is essential for our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Absolutely game-changing is the data mapping tool. We found “hidden” data sources that prevented us from managing our users’ data in a comprehensive manner. The ROPA report we can export through the data mapping is excellent.

Then, Mine’s data sources list building tool allows us to add exactly the integrations we need and after the setup phase, we don’t have to bother with anything that’s not relevant for our company. We do this based on the live results of the data mapping.

The experience, therefore, feels like a personalized one, which was very positively received by our team. It absolutely saved us a lot of time and mitigated some privacy-related risks.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

I would have to say that it’s another SaaS platform that we had to implement. But that’s not Mine’s fault; that’s just how working in tech is. Compared to other SaaS platforms we use, the transition and becoming familiar with Mine’s PrivacyOps went very smoothly.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

Especially if you’re company works with a lot of external SaaS platforms, such as Sendgrid, Mixpanel, Intercom, Shopify, and so on, Mine is essential. Their product and its great features are in my opinion unbeatable on today’s market. I would highly recommend using the data mapping feature, as it's an extra great bonus for every company.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything in one place has saved us so much energy and time. Thanks to Mine’s PrivacyOps our process became from an exhausting and chaotic one to an automated and trouble-free one.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for your review! We're really glad to hear that our data mapping and integrations are providing a personalized experience for you.

We're also happy to hear that the ROPA report helped with your management of user data! If there's anything else we can do or if you have any feature requests, please let us know.

  ### 6. Great platform, worth its price!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

A few hundred dollars per month for the live Data Mapping + DSR management really got our attention. The system has a great UI, easy setup and it works flawlessly. Literally no downtime for us. Every button does what it should. I wish every SaaS worked like Mine PrivacyOps, especially in the way it didn’t require any coding from our side in order to set up.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Only two team members can access the platform in the “basic” plan. I guess it’s reasonable, as they have plans with more accounts, but still… Since privacy operations are all about collaboration between teams (which is something Mine’s software is great for), we initially expected to be able to connect more agents at no extra cost.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re using Mine PrivacyOps for both DSAR/DSR management (monitoring, fulfilling requests with API, and more), data mapping (revealing data sources that hold our users data). We are very happy with this product.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Hello! Thank you for your review and feedback on Mine PrivacyOps. I'm so glad to hear that our product is working flawlessly for your team, this is something we take a lot of pride in. We created the entire no-code flow exactly to give you peace of mind. As for your comment about the "Basic" plan, we do have higher-tier plans which can accommodate more than 2 users at a time - if you're interested please feel free to reach out to our support team with any questions or concerns. Thank you again for the review and I hope we are able to serve you well in the future! Cheers!

  ### 7. Powerful yet affordable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

The price. It’s very reasonable compared to competitors! Mine is affordable yet insanely powerful. In addition, the user experience is amazing and everything is easy to control. Our privacy operations are now significantly simplified with Mine.

As we only receive a few requests per year, we couldn't justify the cost of automating that with the large & expensive vendors in the privacy industry. Fortunately, we found Mine and we use it for our entire privacy management needs.

Above all, the fact that this platform is self-serve (no long implementation process) is absolutely awesome.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

I couldn’t find information on how to set up notifications for when a new request comes in. But their customer service on chat responded in 2 minutes and solved the problem.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly solved the problem of paying a lot of money to another vendor. We use Mine to fulfill data privacy requests, discover data sources, set up integrations, and more.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Hi - thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Mine. I'm glad you found it to be a powerful and affordable option that simplifies privacy operations!

We're happy to hear that you've been able to use our platform as a self-serve solution for all of your needs. We value transparency and we want users like yourself who have highly specific requirements, such as those related to GDPR compliance, to feel confident using our product.

I really appreciate hearing about your positive experience with us and I hope this review helps other businesses find an affordable yet powerful solution too!

  ### 8. Awesome privacy management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron B. | VP Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2021

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mine makes managing all of our data sources & incoming privacy requests a breeze. The API integrations alone justify paying for the enterprise plan. The API makes everything automated which is unheard of in terms of privacy management. My DPO loves the fact we can demonstrate compliance with a click (and the reports in beta seem great too).

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

I wish there were more ways to utilize their "Live Data Mapping" feature - i.e. find out precisely what the risks are and act accordingly. Currently, we only get data sources visibility. Their support team said they're working on improving that.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing all my privacy operations. Getting more details about each request automatically. The data sources integrations made my life 1000 times easier since I no longer have to log into numerous SaaS tools just to remove the user data. Mine handles that for me.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for your review, Aaron! We love hearing that Mine is such a big part of your privacy operations of you and your DPO.

  ### 9. Great platform. Still needs maturity.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arik M. | Chief Privacy Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Full visibility of the team's activities.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Needs more maturity, but great tool to use

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility, vendor evaluation.

**Official Response from Or Baram:**

> Thank you for your feedback. We are actively working on enhancements to provide an even better user experience.
We now support hundreds of customers across many facets of their data privacy needs - with technological advancements in Data Mapping, Discovery, and Smart Classification (unmatched capabilities and visibility compared to other vendors).

  ### 10. An easy way to map data sources and handle DSRs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mapping data sources is dead simple with Mine. We were able to achieve near 100% coverage in under 5 minutes (once we connected all employees). The team was pleased that the software made it so easy for them, they no longer have fears about forgotten SaaS tools that impose privacy risks! Using Mine’s real-time Data Mapping has helped us put ourselves ahead of our competition, because we are now GDPR compliant and can keep track of any new data sources which might severely impact our business if breached.
In addition, our Customer Success team loves the way Mine helps us handle data subject requests. The flow they put in the platform is intuitive, and everything seems to be working well automatically.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

There’s nothing to dislike here. It’s a great product that helps my entire company become GDPR compliant. When I think about it, the only thing I’d change is the ability to add more team members from the same department (i.e. the CS team) with no additional cost. It just makes sense.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our data privacy and security is now under control. We now know all our data sources and can monitor them for any suspicious activity. And of course, we handle all data deletion requests in a timely manner

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for your feedback :) Giving you control over your data privacy is exactly what Mine is about! We'll pass over your feedback about the pricing you suggested to the relevant team. Thank you - we appreciate your input!

  ### 11. An impressive product with great customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ortal B. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mine’s team goes above-and-beyond for each of their clients.

They added an entirely new API integration just for us; it never took them more than 10 minutes to respond to a support request we had; and they helped us create a DSR facilitation flow & strategy that saved our team a lot of time.

This product culture, of really providing actual value, is unheard of in the privacy industry. All the other vendors we used in the past just took our money and let us be. They gave us no practical support or advice. Mine is different. For Mine, it’s really important that we (the company) will succeed and solve our privacy problem.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

They’re holistic solution (to cover ALL privacy needs) is not yet 100% done, for example they don’t support on-premise databases with their data mapping tool. It’s close to 100%, but not there yet. I know they are working hard on getting there and I trust them to reach there soon.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t know if it’s just our company, but we all feel like VIPs whenever we speak with Mine. They mainly make us feel like we matter, and we know that our company’s users’ data privacy is in good hands.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you, Ortal! We love the fact that you liked our "Product Culture", it's such an awesome way to describe Mine's vibes. We appreciate your feedback!

  ### 12. The ultimate privacy tool for startups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Netanel B. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

I am particularly pleased with Mine's ability to automate my entire privacy operations, including DSR and DSAR fulfillment and sensitive data discovery. As a result, I no longer have to think about them at all. They just happen.

In addition, I like the fact that setting everything up was possible without a coder. I did it myself. Super fast.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Not much. Their UI is changing all the time, which could be confusing -- but they make efforts to make the transitions seamless and easy to understand. For example, today they announced a new collapsable sidebar, and I like it!

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said, by automating everything with Mine, I solved all of the pain of handling data privacy manually in our organization.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write a review, Netanel! We appreciate your support and are happy to hear Mine has been beneficial for you and your team. We will forward your fantastic feedback to our Design team :)

  ### 13. GDPR made simple + Happy end-users with stronger privacy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomer D. | H, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mine helps us connect all the necessary data sources. It saves time and money by automating repetitive activities such as intrusion detection and more. The best thing about it is that everything is real-time and works fast. Before, we were doing the same things manually, which was a total waste of time. Mine gives us access to all our data in one place, which makes it super easy for us to do GDPR compliance.
Moreover, Mine is young and evolving fast. The team listens closely to the community who uses their product and takes their input very seriously, which is great as we keep pushing for additional features we wish we had sooner. They work on that release them in pretty short order.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Nothing. For the moment. Well, it would be nice to have a few more data sources added to Mine’s data mapping, but if that means I need to wait a bit longer for everything else I already mentioned, I’m OK with it. In return, I get a fantastic tool!

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can ensure our employees understand what data is stored by using Mine to view all the locations where My Company holds information on its own and third party apps connected to it. It unlocks lots of opportunities for us as we can start reducing our exposure right away

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Hey Tomer, thank you for your kind words! We hope to keep evolving fast and adding more features in the near future :) Stay tuned!

  ### 14. All-in-one platform for managing data sources and DSR

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

If you've never done a live data map of your business - you don't know what you're missing. Seriously, try it. You will find some shocking insights such as: duplicate data sources, data redundancy, shadow IT and more. The fact that Mine offers a data mapping tool that updates on its own is unheard of, and we've used a lot of other privacy solutions before. Whether you're a small startup or a huge company, you should try Mine's data mapping. It will help you reach higher compliance with privacy laws and mainly reduce privacy risks.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

The insights per data source aren't complete yet, but good enough. Mine's team said that they will push a software update soon with all of the insights (including geo data of PII records and other stuff we need).

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Mine for all 3: DSR fulfillment, data mapping and consent management. Mine eliminates us a lot of efforts that we had to put in the past of doing these 3 tasks manually. It's nice to know that everything is covered now and that we can trust Mine's platform to do the work for usה

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for reviewing us, Daniel! It's thrilling to know you're using Mine PrivacyOps as your single platform for managing data sources and DSRs. We're actively working on adding more insights per data source. Stay tuned :)

  ### 15. They really care about the consumers’ side as well

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nati A. | Logic Design Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mine PrivacyOps offers privacy solutions based on the idea that users’ privacy is key to improving NPS and retention. We harnessed the power of Mine’s privacy center and centralized platform to manage all DSRs, which increased our customer satisfaction in a poll we conducted recently.
All in all, Mine isn’t only a great privacy platform for businesses, but also for these businesses customers.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

While the consent management feature is fantastic, we wish it was available before we signed our contract with Mine (so we could enjoy a bundle deal).

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mine helps us to empower our customers. They understand the pains of both sides of the equation and offer solid solutions in an affordable price.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks, Nati! We're so happy to see how Mine helped you increase your brand trust and user loyalty.

  ### 16. Mine PrivacyOps gave us true peace of mind

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

I’m very happy with all of the features and the super-easy way that they function. It’s not overwhelming and confusing at all. The amazing UX in addition brings me a lot of joy. From DSR management to consent management, Mine covers it all for us.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

At first, I didn’t know what to expect and didn’t want to commit as I was not sure what I’m getting myself into. But their support and sales team did such a great job of guiding me through the first steps that I felt very secure in what I was doing afterwards.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In general, we solve the problem of managing deletion requests from all different sources. But also we can now cover privacy tasks such as data mapping and having reports of our work, that we didn’t have before. Everything used to be so time-consuming. Now, with having everything in one place, the process is so smooth and gives you true peace of mind.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Fantastic, thank you! Giving our users peace of mind is the reason we wake up in the morning :)

  ### 17. A SaaS platform that truly cares about your necessities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

When comparing Mine PrivacyOps to similar services we used in the past it is unbelievable how easy and fast the setup is. We did it ourselves and only got in touch with their team when thinking about getting another plan. I also really enjoy how competent and motivated their team is, makes the whole experience just incredible.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Mine’s data sources were missing some integrations we needed to cover our entire data sources with automations at first. But after pointing this out, it only took 1-2 weeks and they specially integrated these data sources for us. Meanwhile, I used the manual checklist to keep an overview of requests, not ideal but worked out fine.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

Take your time and explore all the different features. It is enjoyable because everything is so wonderfully executed. The operations are incredibly logical and well thought out. Every company should not miss out on the opportunity to use Mine PrivacyOps.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges we were facing was the many different data sources we use. This made deleting every user’s data extremely time-consuming and as a result cost the workforce. It’s also a great advantage to channel requests from the Privacy Center, Mine’s app, and our company’s inbox all into one area. The constant going back and forth has finally come to an end.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for the review! We really are motivated and strive to make your privacy operations more simple :) As for your feedback regarding the missing integrations, feel free to share with us your wishlist so we could prioritize your required API integrations! We're adding new ones on a weekly basis. Thanks and cheers!

  ### 18. Mine’s PrivacyOps has it all

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

I really like that we could choose what integrations we need to connect to cover all our data sources. After we completed the list, we didn’t have to see or deal with data sources that we were not involved in. Everything feels customized for our company, even the wording in the Privacy Center.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

When first connecting with Mine PrivacyOps it was a bit overwhelming because it has a lot of features (which are great, you just first need to get to know them). But after following the setup steps on the main page, we got the hang of it.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

I would encourage others to definitely check out Mine’s Help Center, they provide great articles there. Also, if stuck in any stage, don’t hesitate to contact their support team, they answer extremely fast and are super kind and helpful.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our privacy department has never been so organized before. We finally complete requests in an impressive timeline, get great insights, evidence provided by Mine, built a great Privacy Center and now we’re up to implementing Consent Management.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for the feedback. So glad Mine gave you peace of mind and "not having to think about data sources" -- that's what we're all about! Cheers!

  ### 19. Perfect privacy platform for remote teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mine PrivacyOps has been a great success for us! We work remotely, and before Mine it was very hard to collaborate when handling data subject requests. Some data sources (SaaS) can only be accessed and managed by specific personnel, which meant that we had to wait for them to fulfill their part in the DSR management process. Today, everything is integrated into Mine’s platform, which means that collaborating is so much faster and easier than before (as it doesn’t require any manual involvement from the team).

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

I think Mine has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to expanding to entirely new sub-categories in the privacy sector. For example, until very recently they didn’t offer a consent management tool. We started using it as soon as they offered it and we’re glad with it, but it just took them time to implement it. I hope they continue to expand and conquer new fields to become the ultimate data privacy platform.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtually every single employee from every department (Product, Marketing, Customer Care, Legal, Management) is happy with Mine PrivacyOps. It makes our teams work less on fulfilling data privacy requests.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for the review! One of our main priorities is to allow teams to collaborate on privacy operations, and we are so happy to hear that Mine is helping your team move faster in a simplified way. Cheers!

  ### 20. Taking care of our company’s dead weight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Previously, we used a CMS that had user accounts. We recently moved to a much more streamlined WordPress site; the old site is where the internal database is. Mine helped us with getting insights of the previous website, including number of records and PII, and also delete it from there (and from other data sources we weren’t using any more). Since we did that, we mainly use Mine for daily DSR fulfillment. It’s a great platform for that. We also started to implement their consent management solution pretty recently and it’s also great.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

We weren’t handling our own compliance before the migration, so we’re pretty new to this. There’s nothing we dislike about Mine, and we really appreciate them for taking the time to explain everything to us.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I guess one thing is I need to brush up on where the line is past which something “counts” as user data, and Mine solved that issue for us by giving us visibility about everything.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Awesome! Thanks so much for your detailed review. Your experience with Mine is really exciting. Thank you for sharing it, cheers!

  ### 21. We use Mine to find and delete risky data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

We’re currently going through an internal privacy assessment. Our DPO chose to use Mine to scan our company’s data sources and build a data map.

In the past, we conducted data mapping through questionnaires and surveys. It was a bad idea since most employees had a short-term memory, and also it was difficult to cover all data sources manually.

With Mine’s data mapping, everything is done automatically (with AI). It helped us with finding shadow IT, systems redundancy and personal data that doesn’t belong to certain sources.

For example, at one point we migrated from Mailchimp to Sendgrid. We had no idea that we still had many records and PII hosted in Mailchimp. Mine showed us exactly where our users’ data is stored, and helped us delete it from SaaS tools that could be risky, and we did it automatically thanks to no code API integrations.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

As for the DSAR/DSR management, we want the ability to change the timeframe of the “Privacy Reports”. One of the elements is fixated on “last 12 weeks”. Please give us more flexibility when it comes to privacy reports.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mitigating privacy risks; making sure we are compliant; managing data subject requests; consent management (cookies etc); demonstrating compliance when needed; and our DPO is creating custom reports to monitor everything through Mine’s platform.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for leaving this review! We are so happy to hear that Mine has been helpful to your team. Thanks for being a longstanding part of the Mine community. P.S. We get pretty excited about the live data mapping, as well! :)

  ### 22. Collaborative, innovative & simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adi S. | Senior Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

1. The unification of all request channels. Since we started using Mine PrivacyOps, we no longer have data privacy requests that fall through the cracks. It’s the ultimate centralized platform to manage 100% of the data deletion requests (or data access requests) we receive from our users.
2. Since we now have a functioning centralized platform, we also utilize Mine’s beautiful dashboard for monitoring and keeping track of our privacy operations. This also includes reporting, audit logs and workflows.
3. Everyone in our company has access to Mine, and sometimes managers from different departments tune in to help with specific privacy requests. It’s very easy to understand and doesn’t even require a learning curve.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

I’d love it if the dashboard could include stats about completion time and rate. From our internal inspection we cut >50% of our DSR facilitation time, and we assume that Mine knows it in their backend. Please show it to us, we try to create a competition between our CS reps, and it’s a valuable piece of data / insight!

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, Mine gives us peace of mind with knowing that we cover & handle 100% of our incoming data privacy requests. Since we receive these from multiple channels (email, form, support CSM, etc), it was hard for us to manage it all before Mine PrivacyOps.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for leaving a review, Adi! We value your feedback and are so happy to hear that Mine helps your team across departments. Cheers!

  ### 23. Easy to fulfill & track privacy requests

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tal M. | Data Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

My company uses Mine for its entire privacy operations. It's simple and easy to handle incoming deletion requests (the automation and integrations are fantastic, I have no idea why we did it manually before). UI is fantastic, every member of our team loves using this platform! The dashboard shows everything my boss needs to demonstrate compliance and to track our performance.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Umm, I can't think of anything I dislike so far. Everything is straightforward. Maybe more depth into the reports would be superb 🙂

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mostly use Mine for automatic DSR/DSAR visibility & fulfillment. So mostly, Mine helps us solve time-wasting. With Mine PrivacyOps we save tons of hours every week (instead of handling our privacy operations manually - everything is now automated).

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for the great review, Tal! We have noted your comments about the depth of the privacy reports. Our product team is working on this and there will be more to come. Cheers!

  ### 24. Reducing privacy risks and increasing compliance with GDPR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

No doubt, the live data mapping (scanning process + results).

Connecting our employees was insanely easy, and each one we added revealed more and more of our company’s data sources map. That was neat.

But what I really like the most is the insights: Mine’s data mapping is great because of the insights it gives you. For example, for our company:
1.Data redundancy (same user’s data is spread across 5 sources, but we only need it to be in 2)
2.Lack of data accuracy (in each source, there was a different piece of information about the same user)
3.Systems redundancy (we had some systems in the footprint that we don’t even use)

No need to say, these exposed our company to some really bad privacy risks. If one of the SaaS tools we use got breached, and we had user data stored there (when there shouldn’t be), we could’ve been in real trouble. After using Mine PrivacyOps, we managed to mitigate this risk.

You don’t even know what risks your company faces before you scan your company’s data sources with Mine. I recommend doing it as soon as possible.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

One of the insights the data mapping gives is “thread intelligence”. What it supposed to do is provide us with the sensitivity of risk, based on how many records + how much the type of data is sensitive (like DNA). However, we found it to be too ‘forgiving’. Some data sources are considered to be high risk by our company (after seeing how many records and PII we have there), but Mine said they were less of a risk. After sending an inquiry about this matter to Mine’s support team (which is really fast and helpful), they said that since these data sources were never breached, their score wasn’t high enough to be considered as high risk.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, we needed Mine to handle privacy requests. The first step to fulfilling a privacy request is knowing exactly where the user’s data is being stored. So we started out with Mine, to easily discover all services and data sources that may be holding our users’ information.

But then we realized that the true value lies in the insights - as I wrote earlier - and we’re glad we did since we were able to reduce some severe privacy risks and compliance issues thank to Mine’s data mapping.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're happy to hear that you love Mine's data mapping and that you're reducing privacy risks for your company.

  ### 25. Trust me, you should try this privacy platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doron L. | Marketing & Sales Tutor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Being able to complete all incoming data deletion requests AUTOMATICALLY.
Super quick onboarding & setup, took less than 10 minutes.
Reviewing all data sources our company uses at a glance (fantastic value right there)
Having a structured form to submit privacy requests
Having the entire team on board! No more complex privacy solutions; from now on, we will only use Mine.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

The insights they show per data source aren't complete yet (maybe in the next few weeks?)
If you need more than 10 integrations, it may be a bit expensive

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating all of our privacy operations is priceless. We save so much time every day, and we appreciate Mine PrivacyOps for that.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for leaving this great review, Doron! We're happy to have your team as part of the Mine community. Cheers!

  ### 26. The best all-in-one privacy product I could wish for

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toli E. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

I think the tool for building your company’s personal data source checklist is my favorite thing, it’s amazing to have all external sources combined in one place. You can connect Integrations, forward requests to third parties or manually check off any request that you receive straight to your Mine Privacy Portal. Definitely, something I don’t want to miss anymore.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

At first, it seemed like a lot of work to integrate all of the API sources we need to cover all the sources we have, but thanks to Mine PrivcyOps it was actually a much smoother process than expected. They also provide you with great step-by-step instructions on how to add any Automation on their Help Center. With that being said, also every time we reached out to them, their support team assists us right away and provided us with the information we needed.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

Even though we mainly use Mine PrivacyOps to automate our flow when handling privacy requests, Mine also offers a great Data Mapping feature. We got a great insight into where our employees' data is distributed and are now working on cleaning up unnecessary loose ends.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to the data source checklist we could create an all-in-one place for any privacy requests we get, which means we don’t have to jump back and forth between different sources and different platforms.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for the great review, Toli! We're happy to hear that Mine fills all of your needs :)

  ### 27. The “Live Data Mapping” changed everything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

We used Mine for our usual privacy operations (handling DSR etc), but I have to say that the real “killer” is their Data Mapping. Oh, the data mapping.

In a nutshell, Mine finds data sources that hold your users’ data, and gives you control over your SaaS “chaos”. It gives you insights like:

1. Data redundancy (when the same user’s data is spread across multiple sources, but you only need it in some of them)

2. Lack of data accuracy (when there’s a different piece of information in each source regarding the same user)

3. Systems redundancy (when you have systems you don’t even use/need anymore).

Add that to the fact that we found some “Shadow IT” (employees that left without deactivating their SaaS).

Mine also provides you with the sensitivity of risk for each data source, based on the amount of records and data type.

And best of all? It’s live, i.e everything changes in real time, which allows us to keep up-to-date with compliance.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

When I first used the data mapping feature, I connected my own Gmail account and it started the scan. When it finished, I thought that I had the map of the entire company- which was false. It’s probably because I didn’t see that only “1 coworker is connected” (it’s stated at the top), but I’d love Mine to give more alerts and let you know that you need to connect more teammates to receive a full map.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more surveys; no more manual inspections; no more “guesstimations”... data mapping is now automatic and live for us!

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for your great review! We have passed along all of these notes about the data mapping to the product team and truly appreciate your feedback. Cheers!

  ### 28. The automatic generation of our Record of Processing Activities is brilliant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noy P. | program management team lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

- Minimal to zero learning curve. The system is self-serve and self-explanatory, and we managed to get everything we needed in a matter of seconds.
- Very helpful support team. They provide personal assistance whenever we need, and they are our “privacy ops advisors” for new possibilities.
- The AI of their data mapping feature is super powerful, and we found it to be very accurate.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Nothing I dislike at the moment, but I do think that people should not go and upgrade to Mine’s premium plans initially. It would be a good idea to start out with the free version, then upgrade if necessary.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We increased our compliance with the GDPR by using Mine, and we can’t think of any other solution that gave us this kind of peace of mind. We 100% reduce more privacy risks than before.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for the kind review, Noy! It's awesome to hear how Mine has helped your team stay on top your data sources with our Live Data Mapping. We appreciate you and your team being a part of the Mine community!

  ### 29. Mine Privacy Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

The ease of access on the portal dashboard and how simple it is to clear out requests. Also how helpful the Mine team has been with answering our questions.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Sometimes we are unable to delete information from a data source. Though it isn't ideal, the Mine team was very informative on the reasons a deletion request may fail.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous DSAR system was not user-friendly at all so this has been a great upgrade for our company. It has saved us a lot of time processing these requests

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for your review of Mine PrivacyOps, we're glad to hear that you are finding the product easy to use and that our team is helpful. It's fantastic to see that you delete user data automatically using Mine PrivacyOps. I'm sorry to hear that there have been some instances where you were not able to delete information from a data source. Our team is always happy to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Thanks again for your feedback!

  ### 30. Integrations are a big plus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sivan K. | Head Of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

The biggest highlight was building our company’s data source list. Their selection of data sources is great and growing very fast. I also enjoy how every request gets handled: you get the correct information at the right step, such as the evidence. That’s a great feature!

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

It would be nice to have Mine in more languages, as a co-worker struggled with and I had to explain stuff multiple times. But after setting up the templates and automation, the process is almost entirely automated, so the language barrier is not that big of a deal. It also helps that you can leave your teammates’ notes on every request.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mine PrivacyOps gives us many tools to channel external sources and in-house data areas. The most significant benefit for our company is that every data source integration we needed was already available.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you so much for the review, Sivan! We are thrilled to hear how Mine helps your team with building your data sources list. We have noted the feedback about languages and will definitely work on adding more as soon as possible. Cheers!

  ### 31. Finally, an easy to use Privacy OpsPrivacy requests are no longer a pain platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yarden B. | Chief Executive Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Since discovering Mine our company uses it for all our privacy-related duties as it helps us to fulfill incoming deletion requests and in-house data mapping in the easiest way possible. Everyone in our team is no longer reluctant when assigned to handling privacy requests because Mine’s Privacy Portal and its amazing UI are unbelievably easy and efficient to use.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

One of the many integrations we use is not included not featured in Mine’s data sources. But we reached out to their support team and got great feedback back that they are already working on implementing it. So we’re looking forward to having a fully automated coverage of our data sources soon. :)

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

We know how time-consuming handling deletion requests can be, especially if you use external services such as Intercom, Mailchimp, Zendesk, Hubspot, and so on. You won’t believe the time and resources we save now that we use Mine PrivacyOps.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Completing deletion requests has always been something that took so much time, that it was hard to stay on top of it. The workflow now is incredibly impressive across all different data sources. Also, thanks to the Data Mapping we realized how we can minimize our digital exposure within our company and our employees.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for leaving a great review, Yarden! We are happy to hear that you love using Mine. We're so happy you liked our user interface.

  ### 32. Mind-blowingly easy & fast to setup and implement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Enforcement | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

I’ve used 2 other “old-school” vendors for our privacy ops before, and the difference is night and day compared to Mine.

First, the initial setup. Oh my gosh, the setup. With Mine it’s SELF SERVE which means I first onboarded in the middle of the night without speaking to anyone. With other solutions, we had to make at least 5 zoom calls before we could access their platforms, and the implementation took about a month. With Mine? I was ready to go within 3 minutes.

Second, their support team. Mine is AAA when it comes to customer care. They answer anything in 2 minutes, with tailor-made solutions and practical info. The previous vendor we had here for privacy ops directed me to their lousy “Help Center” articles every time I needed support. Of course, those articles have never (even once) been useful.

Third, innovation. This is actually the biggest one. Mine is a startup, and it’s an advantage for them (and for us, as their clients). They do everything really quickly, release new versions literally every week, and are attentive to their clients specific needs.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

- The reports aren’t as detailed as I would like, but I know it’s being updated soon.

- The data mapping insights page works most of the time but not always. By refreshing the page it suddenly works.

- Sometimes there are new privacy requests and later, when they’re completed, you might receive additional email about it and the other agents in the company don't understand what happened. This one actually happened for us a while ago (6 months ago) and I think it’s solved now since it doesn’t happen any more.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the problem of having to deal with bad privacy management software (which is what the old players in this industry offer). With Mine, everything is now fixed and we finally found our favorite vendor. Great solution!

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for your review! It's great to hear you enjoy using Mine, and we will pass along your excellent feedback to our product team. We're so happy you found our platform innovative compared to other platforms you used in the past! Thank you. Cheers!

  ### 33. We don’t have to worry about GDPR or CCPA anymore

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tal H. | Equity Success Manager,, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mine PrivacyOps is extremely powerful.
Using real-time data flows inside our company’s environment, Mine PrivacyOps can detect privacy risks and discover personal data within our data sources. By providing actionable insights into the types of personal data used in the day-to-day operation of our company, it assists Management, Security and Engineering teams to prevent privacy issues and possible incidents.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

The reports they give are wonderful, but they know so much information about our privacy operations that they could give much more data and statistics.
Our DPO is happy with the current reports to demonstrate compliance with privacy regulations, and yet, we would like to see them become more extensive in the future.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We increase compliance with privacy laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and reduce risks (or prevent privacy incidents) at the same time. It’s a win for us.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for this great review, Tal! It's amazing to hear that Mine is helping your team to get peace of mind when it comes to privacy regulations. Thanks for being part of the Mine family!

  ### 34. The answer for our Privacy Management needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mine has proven to be a powerful tool in our search for a privacy ops platform. Prior to Mine, we were primarily working off of a spreadsheet to track incoming Data Subject Requests (whether deletion or access), data sources, PII, and data types. Mine has allowed us to replace all of this spreadsheet and more while at the same time, providing us with a comprehensive picture of all data privacy metrics in our company as well as important statistics on DSRs and DSARs.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Mine's features are excellent, as is the ease with which it can be set up and used right away. When we ran into a potential problem where some fields we wanted weren't available or some functionality was lacking, Mine has taken our requests seriously and helped us to find a solution. The speed is also great. I think that as time passes, Mine's system will become more stable and sturdy, which will eliminate the need to contact their support.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

Reach out to support if you have any issues - they're fast and able to solve everything!

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are primarily using Mine for our DSR and data sources management in terms of painting a complete picture as to what tools are holding our users' data, who uses those tools, what types of data are held, etc. We also use it to fulfill those DSRs after the automation is enabled.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for leaving a review! We're happy to hear that you enjoy using Mine :) We appreciate your feedback.

  ### 35. awesome feature

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Use the awesome feature of importing externally received deletion or copy requests. It might seem like an extra task at first, but believe me, it’s so nice to have every request organized in one place. It also keeps track of your open and closed requests on the reports page

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Having the option to not only switch the Privacy Center to different languages but the whole site would be very nice. But having the option to change the Privacy Center besides English to German, Spanish, Arabic, and French is already a big plus. Looking forward to more languages in the future

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has never been easier to stay on top of requests regarding privacy topics. We now have the feeling we’re handling everything in a way more secure way, a way our customers deserve

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for the review! We are glad to hear your team was able to import incoming DSRs and DSARs and thus simplify your privacy operations. We're constantly working on adding more languages to the Privacy Center, feel free to share with us your wish list :) Cheers!

  ### 36. Improved how we manage data privacy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

It's super easy to set up, easy to use and fast to ramp up the team, no need to create complex flows or heavy integrations (everything is no-code API), the UI is intuitive and easy to follow, and our team is quick to learn how to manage tickets and requests.

With Mine, we really improved how we manage data privacy in our company. Everything takes much less time than before now.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Assumptions made by the data mapping tool (whether an integrated system contains PII) have some error margin. In terms of DSAR capabilities and integrations, they are excellent.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have the need to “chase” other teams to complete data privacy requests. None of our employees need to be chased or bothered, and we save hours of manual work for our support team. With Mine we have total control over our privacy operations.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for leaving a review! We're happy to hear that you enjoy the easy privacy flows and Mine's interface -- we do too :)

  ### 37. Insane VALUE! Super easy to use!

Everything is under one roof! Using Mine assures blazing FAST compliance & automates client data ownership; buys back your companies time!
Quickest & simplest way to ensure HAPPY CUSTOMERS & GDPR compliance.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

I can't think of any caveats, except, it's a new business.
But, Michael & Stas are incredibly responsive & if you reach out, sure that their team is more than happy to help!

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

Reach out to the team! They are incredibly responsive, helpful, and are happy to work with you!

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined & easy Customer/User Privacy & GDPR compliance!

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks, Marcos! We're absolutely thrilled to learn about your experience with Mine. I'll send Michael & Stas kudos for helping you well!

  ### 38. Peace of mind with our privacy processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ziv N. | VP of Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

All of the privacy processes of our company are great now, thanks to Mine. From end-to-end, we manage DSRs and DSARs with ease. The live data mapping is also great for us, as it allows us to uncover user data and locate it fast.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

It would be great to have more risk assessments and alerts. We'd love to get an alert when Mine detects data inaccuracy or unnecessary duplications. But Mine is very useful and valuable for us regardless with its current set of features!

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up with evolving data privacy flows is easier than ever. We really enjoy that peace of mind, and not having to worry about such matters anymore.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for leaving a review, Ziv! We love to hear that Mine is giving your team peace of mind when it comes to privacy operations.

  ### 39. Our data privacy practices have been noticeably improved

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

The UI is intuitive and easy to follow, and our team quickly learns how to handle tickets and requests. No need for complex code or R&D hours - everything works with a no-code API. 5 minutes since signing up, and we had a fully working privacy platform. Neat!
Everything is user-friendly and their support team is brilliant; they reply fast and solve problems efficiently (they don't simply redirect you to their "Help Center" as other companies do).

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

No disadvantages I can think of. We love every feature of Mine and the entire platform works great. I will edit my review if I'll find any dislikes.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DSR & DSAR fulfillment is much easier now, and we can provide our users a faster service in terms of privacy. This really increases our brand trust significantly!

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave this review! It's great to hear you enjoy Mine. We are very proud of our stellar support team and snappy UI too :)

  ### 40. One of the best privacy management platforms I've used in a long time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Easy DSR fulfillment. No-brainer solution (no headache and long flows). Every request takes us 2 minutes now (before: could be hours).

It's exactly what we needed for our team: fast and no-code integrations to delete data from all services (Mailchimp, Intercom, Zendesk, Hubspot, Customer.io, and more) with a click.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

The initial lift to get Mine up and running smoothly in an automated fashion was daunting in our organization since we had to pull a lot of strings (who has access to XX?? who can give us admin permission to Y???). It was not fun at all, but once everything was set up - we were pleased.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

Try it yourself - they will give you a free trial period to connect all of your integrations!

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a huge organization, and my team (10 teammates) needed a small solution to handle data subject requests fast. Using our usual solution was a nightmare - laggy, too many useless features, not suited for our needs. Then we found Mine in one of the DSRs we received and we're so happy we gave it a try.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for the great review! We're happy to hear your team enjoys using Mine to manage your privacy operations and handle DSR easily. Cheers!

  ### 41. Multi-source operations made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Mine gives you a platform that connects all of your data sources and makes handling privacy requests so much faster. I actually like best that my co-workers and I can take care of more important things again, than manually checking all external sources and deleting data one by one. Now all of that is possible with the click of a button

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

actually, I can hardly think of anything. I guess the integration library is capable of expansion but as they offer all we need, it does not affect my company.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team is especially thankful for the integrations Mine offers, such as Intercom, Shopify and Mixpanel just to name a few. It is now so easy for us to complete requests across multiple sources and the time we’re saving is immense.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Hey there, thank you for your feedback! Allowing you to automate and handle everything related to privacy with a "click of a button" is exactly why we exist :)

  ### 42. Best tool for Data Mapping

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

What I like about Mine is the fact that demonstrating compliance with privacy regulations is easy and straightforward.

Using their data mapping module, we were able to uncover all hidden data sources we use in the company and then dive deeper into each one with their advanced PII tracing.

That way, we can be confident that we are not missing any PII and reduce our risk.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Although Mine was missing a few APIs we needed, their team worked fast and added them in no time. They now have all the integrations we've needed!

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Compliance and much fewer risks
- Build our entire data mapping infrastructure to support all future privacy and compliance needs

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Mine, I'm so glad you found it helpful.

One of our goals at Mine is to make compliance as easy and straightforward as possible. We're happy that we could help you identify any hidden data sources in your company and reduce your risk by making sure they weren't mishandling PII. Thanks again!

  ### 43. Our privacy operations have been greatly simplified with Mine

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roi F. | Product Manager

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Full control over our company's data sources, which means locating PII faster and fewer privacy concerns for all teams (Legal, R&D, Support, Marketing, basically everyone). The absolute holy grail here is our ability to fulfill data deletion requests automatically. It works like magic since we now know where the users' data is stored exactly. Thanks, Mine!

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Reports & dashboards are nice but could show much more information and statistical insights. I gave them some suggestions and Mine's team said they're working on it.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Get a clear view of the data sources that may hold the company's users' data.

- Automating DSR/DSAR fulfillment - a first-ever for our company and we'll never go back. So much easier with Mine.

- Understand better how our SaaS tools use users' data, and what are the risks within

- Have a single point to handle the privacy operations of our company

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for the great review, Roi! We love hearing that Mine helps your team streamline your privacy processes -- we're also big fans of the requests automation feature :)

  ### 44. Integrations are brilliant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

We connected our 10+ data sources with Mine’s platform, including Klaviyo, Zendesk, Shopify, Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Stripe and Salesforce, and we handle data deletion requests automatically ever since. The platform works great for this sort of task. It’s extremely fast and easy to set up as we didn’t need to allocate R&D time for it (no coding required and everything is self-served).

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Nothing, really. Mine’s team is constantly updating and upgrading the platform and is always there to assist with any special requests or questions. They even advise you on how to level up your “Privacy Ops” game!

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No-code API integrations to fulfill data privacy requests are an amazing concept. We can now worry less about human errors (or about wasting time) and focus on what matters the most - which is our company’s product.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for leaving a great review! I'm happy to hear you enjoy using Mine, especially by connecting so many no-code API integrations to automate your privacy operations. We've worked hard to continue building it over the past year.

  ### 45. Great planform that save time and money

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

The ease of deployment. I was able to get up and running with 6 data source integrations very quickly, and without having to speak with R&D. Completely no-code. I like the fact that we were able to delete user data from the integrated sources immediately after setting up the integrations, without having to wait for tests/confirmations. When I started my role, handling each privacy request was a mess, as I had to speak with at least three people to fulfill one. Now, I can do it by myself

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

The compliance demonstration could be easier. Currently, we have to visit the request and see its history - and take the details from there one by one. We would love to have a centralized dashboard/chart where we see all completed requests and their details in one place

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time, mostly! It's the first time we're implementing a privacy ops solution, and I think we can't go back - the internal processes have completely changed (for the better) thanks to Mine

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for leaving a great review! We're happy to hear your team is staying more organized and your workflow has improved with Mine. Cheers!

  ### 46. Mine Saves Developers Valuable Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron S. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Our R&D team has been saving a lot of time on repetitive tasks since we started using Mine to manage data privacy. They built it with developers in mind, which is fantastic. Everything is super-easy to implement and the APIs work flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Nothing, really. I have nothing to complain about here. The team loves it.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Mine, the customer support team approached R&D every time there was an incoming DSR or DSAR. We had to manually delete the user data from all data sources. With Mine, everything is automated - which is awesome.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Hey there, thank you for sharing your experience with Mine! We're thrilled it's saving your R&D team valuable time.

  ### 47. Surprise! Privacy Requests.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

The development of the privacy UI for business has been fairly quick in terms of a software product lifecycle.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

Having to pay a subscription fee to view our own privacy requests. Receiving requests in our privacy box despite never having signed up to begin with.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

Do your research, and think about what you are allowing another company access to.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this moment, we have solved no problems with MINE, aside from the problem generated by the service itself.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Hi there,

Thanks for taking the time to review Mine PrivacyOps. We're sorry to hear that you haven't had a positive experience with our product and we'd love to help address any of your concerns.

Let us explain how Mine's technology works for a minute: Through the use of our smart technology and the permission of the user, we search the user's inbox for past interactions with the company. Since the process involves sensitive information, it is only done on behalf of the company's demand on our secured Portal. It is not mandatory to use our portal in order to fulfill a privacy request, but rather a way to make it easier & faster.

By the way, if Mine users have requested that their data be deleted, the reason is that our systems found email interactions that seem to indicate the existence of personal data. If that's not the case, please let us know.

One thing that might help is if you could provide more detail on what specific issues you've encountered. This will help us better understand where we can improve and make sure our team is aware of any problems. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@saymine.com or via our live chat on our website so we can assist further.

Best,
The Mine Team

  ### 48. Not quite the right fit

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

The honour people's requests to "try" to have their data deleted.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

People don't know what they are truly asking for when they sign up. What data does any business have on the individual and does the individual truly care about that exact data? Most times for us they are giving the data to us, so they already know what we have, but this is a one size fits all remove button. Most requests are also mysteriously gone by the time we check on them. I believe the individual deletes their Mine profile after they see what they are after.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not solving problems, but we are following through with requests. No benefits so far.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for your honest feedback, we're sorry to hear that you haven't seen the benefits of using Mine yet. We are constantly working to improve the product and your feedback will help us do that.

We appreciate the time you've taken to write this review and would love to hear more about what specific features or functions aren't working well for you. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@saymine.com and we'll be happy to help.

Thank you,
The Mine Team

  ### 49. Crazy fast & smooth solution for my privacy tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin C. | Associate Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

What I like is not having to configure "heavy" workflows to get it to work. I simply connected all incoming privacy request channels and just like that I could fulfil data erasure requests in a manner of seconds.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

I wish they could automate more tasks that are related to privacy such as documentation or training

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data erasure requests fulfilment and control & redact ability

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Hi Erin, thanks for taking the time to write a review of our product. We're really happy to hear that you found it easy to use and that it fulfilled data erasure requests quickly, it's great to know that you delete your users' data automatically using Mine PrivacyOps. We're constantly working on automating more tasks related to privacy, so hopefully, you'll find those helpful in the future. Thanks again for your feedback and for helping us maintain our status as the #1 ranked privacy software on G2!

  ### 50. Powerful tool, expensive

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2022

**What do you like best about MineOS?**

Having a centralized place for privacy requests is extremely helpful, and information is exposed in a way that is easy to consume/interact with.

**What do you dislike about MineOS?**

The service is expensive for smaller companies.

**Recommendations to others considering MineOS:**

If your business is sufficiently large enough to both have a need for a more complete data privacy solution, and be able to afford it, this is a great service that can save a lot of time.

**What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking privacy requests, processing data removal.

**Official Response from Tom Orbach:**

> Thank you for your honest feedback, we're glad you find the product helpful. We understand that our pricing can be a challenge for smaller companies and are constantly working to make our product more accessible. We hope you'll continue to use Mine as your go-to platform for privacy operations.
