While we’ve generally had a positive experience with MineOS, one area where we’ve encountered some difficulty is in dealing with occasional errors on the platform. It’s not a matter of dislike, but their cookie consent management is incompatible with our technology. While a solution was not found, they came to the table with alternative services that we could benefit from to address our inability to use their cookie management tool. MineOS is an optimal solution for the entire flow. From 3rd party risk assessments to dynamic data mapping using SSO or email discovery tools, a regular cadence control over mapped risks to a highly robust and automated DSR solution we are managing it all from MineOS. Mine PrivacyOps makes DSR handling insanely fast. We get data deletion requests (DSRs) from multiple channels, and now the entire flow is much easier than before.

We also like the support team, it’s great to get support over Slack. It’s super convenient. In addition, the people at Mine are adding features on a weekly basis which is sometimes very helpful (depends if it’s a feature you needed or not).

It was hard to keep up with all the changes in the portal (as I said, there’s always something new when you log in). The UI also changed a little bit every time. I find the interface to be cumbersome. It's just in general designed to take many clicks to do things, adding data source providers, can't find a way to remove a provider, requesting approval, can't find a way to approve the provider; afaik there is no way to see which employees are involved in which data deletion request workflow. It just feels like the UI is very non-intuitive & that makes it feel very slow to use or change; I've actively avoided changing our setups any more then I must because it just feels tedious. The UI and customisations are very user friendly. Integrations are also very straight forward. Implementation was fairly easy.
