I like best its AI‑driven insights, the ability to store and process data on my own database, and its overall user‑friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Mindzie?**

I find the drill‑down feature basic and the customization options limited, which can make deeper analyses more challenging.

**What problems is Mindzie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It uncovers bottlenecks—like hold‑ups in approvals or repeated work—and helps cut cycle times in our ERP processes. Plus, keeping the database local means our sensitive data stays secure.
