What I like most about MindTickle are the quality of the content and the wonderful user interface/experience. The upsides of using MindTickle are knowledge growth I get every time I visit and the ease with which I can review completed modules and challenge myself with new ones at my own pace. The only downside I can think of to using MindTickle is that it can become addictive! In a good way. One wish I have is that I could increase the playback speed on all of the video content, not just some. I can listen and absorb a lot faster than some of the content is delivered, which can be frustrating if I don't have a ton of time to spare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Comparative Scoring keeps me motivated to excel, while the technology updates keeps me always prepared to face the customers and provide the most relevant information and solutions. Also the transcripts along with the audio helps me understand the module being presented, much better.

In addition there are supporting documents that are available for downloads for future references and use, so that we need not have to visit Mind Tickle for the additional set of information.

Since Mind Tickle is available across various platforms such as Laptop and Cell Phone, it becomes very handy to access it at any point of time and hence learning becomes much easier, while the relevant information is also readily available at the finger tips. Some of the modules don't allow us to retake the tests and better the previous scores. An option here would definitely help while it encourages to go through the training again for better understanding and higher scores.

Doesn't have a dashboard reflecting the completeness and scores in the form of a chart or graph could have been better for review at a glance.

I love how versatile this LMS platform is for creating content for technical training that is interactive and engaging. The on-demand capability is a game-changer as well. This software is very user friendly for the content creator even if they are not a pro at creating this type of content. Our organization use this platform as a standard for all teams across the board. The results have been wonderful and it has been widely accepted. The structure and the easiness, very simple but efficient tool. I like also the engagement inside the training and learning tools, great also the idea to earn a certificate and to print it and save it for future reference. Great! The only thing I would say is to put in default only the incomplete training, I think it's better to leave only the incomplete training and learning course and then have the possibility to change it as you prefer. Not sure but I think that would be good to have an automatic save of the work you have done and to know where you left last time to avoid to go back again and again. It has an easy facility to record my work via mobile or desktop. It also comes with an AI to automatically rate the presentation. It can also package multi-media courseware whose content can have a periodic check of content or knowledge awareness of learner. I also like that it has a resume facility built in the courseware where you can pause and continue learning from a long running courseware.

It's also a repository of previous work. So I can monitor my progress as I get to work on more projects and my ratings. It is also a single place that hosted our corporate courseware, our enablement projects, and our ratings from managers.

What I like the most is how easy the platform is. We can search through the courses very smoothly and we have some courses assigned to us so that we make sure not to miss them. I kind of like the fact that you have a score as well depending on how good you are at answering questions between each courses. It makes you want to succeed! The easy platform and the way you can take your courses, even if you need to exit, it allows you to continue from the point that you left it. The way that you can see the videos and be sure that you can learn. In addition to that the exams or quiz that you need to do to finish the course is perfect, because that will make you take the course for real if not you cannot move foward, it makes you put attention to what you are doing. The way that the course needs to be search, I think that they browser can actually show or find the course that we need to take according to the words that are in the search bar, there are some scenarios, when, if you enter one single letter wrong so, the system is not going to show you the course, and you think that you are not enrolled or that maybe, the course is not in your bucket. We have been using MindTickle for quite a while and it is a great e-learning platform that all teams in an Org can take advantage of.

We have hundreds of videos and you can easily see them and go in to watch them. It is also able to upload docs, pdfs and have interactive "video-game" style learning quizzes and views which is really fun to utilize and learn from.

During our on-site training sessions, we also took advantage of the MindTickle App which helped keep employees engaged. It can be hard to see the order of videos and I wish that there was some better filtering. I think that there is some room for improvement on the UI/UX as it does seem a little outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like MindTickle because you can have all the information that you need in the same place. It is also very interactive and you can have different type of information on it. Moreover it is interesting that some of the most important companies are using it to share their information and to educate people. I also like that people may do tests on it and you can see how your peers (people inside your company) and other people that are using the same platform are doing. Yet I haven't found anything that I dislike. But it would be very interesting to use it with another company so that I can compare if all the functionalities are the same and to see if there may be any inconsitency between them. I love how mind tickle tracks your progress and it's easy to follow what has been completed and what still needs to be completed. As a sales rep, Clients take top priority so rejoining a training I had to quit is easy.

I love the badges and even did a bunch of extra training so that I could beat a few of my colleague's scores. The scoring and badges create a fun way to stay motivated and to complete some of the optional trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the program can be slow to track my progress so I can't tell if I've completed a training 100% I usually closeout and have to join again to see if progress has been made.

I haven't found the filters very helpful and can get lost while looking for specific training that is required. I am not sure how to improve this but the file folders and dropdowns don't seem to be as helpful as I wish they would be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How intuitive it is wich allow me to keep motivate using it.

Videos are great, also the platform. The only thing I will add is the possibility to take notes while we are in training, and keep those notes for future stages or even to share with our peers.

Easy to navigate interface: The homepage has everything that a user needs to know, which courses are in the pipeline, what are the due dates;

Individual ranking: incentivises users to try for better results, and creates a healthy competition between them, which can be used for variable compensation incentives as well;

User friendly interface: very comfortable looking, it doesn't get you tired, even after long courses.

Hard to find any dislike, but I think the page for assessments could be better looking, it looks kind of rustic.

A feature that would be great is like a Skill Tree to be designed by the contractor, but with some cool standard templates. This would definitely increase the gamification for users and allow a whole new set of possibilities with the tool, serving as a guide for Career Development, and helping people give and have visibility of how to grow in their company.

There is nothing I dislike about this software. Easy to understand and apply what is relevant to my position. I guess if there was something there could be improved it would be being able to pause certain parts of videos or explanations. Knowledge checks, ability to stop the course and return down the line. The videos and testimonials from folks internally. These resonate with me more than reading, sometimes when I have to read a long segment without a video I feel myself losing engagement. I also appreciate how there are resources that are embedded within the courses that we can save for later and revisit. Oftentimes it's hard to learn new tactics or policies without putting them into practice first, so it's helpful that MindTickle allows us to take away something that we can leverage once the topics become relevant to us. Sometimes it's hard to see what is all assigned to me and keep track of due dates etc. I feel like I get a lot of emails from MindTickle about courses that I need to complete but then find it difficult to actually identify where all of those courses live on the platform. It would also be interesting if there was some sort of collaboration or accountability on the platform. Once again, I get all these emails but then sometimes wonder if I actually completed the course I was supposed to or not -- in part due to my confusion with the organization but also because there's a lack of follow up.
