The UI is so good that makes you love using the product

If the admin is too strict, they can restrict so many things for the users which is tough for a level 1 user.

Training and onboarding bulk hires like graduate trainees at one shot.

I am most impressed with Mindtickle's versatile capabilities and its ability to help organisations create engaging, effective professional development materials. Its on-demand services are also a great benefit for those who need additional help or insight in developing their content products. The intuitive nature of the software enables novice authors to be just as successful as experienced professionals, minimising any learning curve. Automated learning paths have revolutionised the way people learn by reducing ramp-up and onboarding times, making sales enablement more accessible than ever before.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I don't particularly enjoy using MindTickle because the horizontal layout can make it difficult to keep track of where you are in the material. I have also experienced some confusion as sessions sometimes feel like they end abruptly without warning. As a result, we've limited our use of the platform to surveys and questionnaires.

**What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use MindTickle as my official LMS to streamline the way I consume valuable information about product features and key company policies. By using this system, I save time in creating modules for training purposes such as product training, sales techniques or HR-related guidance.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

My favourite thing about MindTickle is the comprehensive dashboard it provides for evaluating and interpreting data. Not only does this tool allow me to easily see a huge amount of information at once, it also provides a range of interactive options. I find it extremely useful to be able to take quizzes and then compare my results with others on the same platform; such features motivate me to push myself further and learn new skills better than ever before. It is worth noting that several of the biggest brands are also using MindTickle to make targeted knowledge sharing between their teams even more intuitive and effortless.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I take issue with the way Mindtickle operates its points system, as it is both overly complicated and unfair. Furthermore, the length of time it takes to receive feedback after answering a questionnaire can often be very frustrating. The regular emails reminding me of training I have already completed further exacerbate the situation. In addition, navigating through a course using a mobile device can be very difficult in some cases.

Since I started using MindTickle, it has made my job much easier. Through its comprehensive training platform and personalised content delivery system, I have been able to get the exact information I need when I need it.

I appreciate the convenience and ease of use of the quizzes offered by MindTickle. The combination of useful, basic knowledge with up-to-date information is something I find invaluable in my current role; it helps me stay on top of changing events so we can make informed decisions for our company. In addition, as someone who seeks both professional development and career advancement within organizations, having access to quiz material at any time helps me stay ahead of the game in terms of what I need to know now in order to advance later.

What I really dislike about Mindtickle is that it is often a time-consuming and tedious process. Uploading videos is slow, buffering takes even longer, and if you delay watching a video, you have to start all over again, no matter how long or short the video is. This can be extremely frustrating when you're trying to complete class assignments that require watching long videos.

MindTickle helps me solve my employee input problems, saving me time and effort. With its comprehensive conversation feature, I can quickly build trust with clients and customers, establishing meaningful interactions right away.

I like Mindtickle because it has a bunch of cool things to help sales teams get better. It's easy to use, has fun training stuff, and shows you all sorts of numbers and data. Plus, it can tell you where your team can do better, which helps everyone work more efficiently.

While Mindtickle provides robust functionality, it falls short in terms of integration with other software. There are times when data import and export could be smoother, particularly when interfacing with certain CRM systems. This lack of seamless integration can sometimes slow down the workflow.

I think the best thing about MindTickle is its ease of use. As we have been using this sales support software for two years, everyone in sales relies on its helpful features. MindTickle has also been a great partner, modifying and adapting its product based on our feedback and providing effective training to ensure the technology is implemented correctly in our organisation. And with more and more people now able to use both mobile and desktop versions, there is no doubt why so many companies continue to trust MindTickle as a reliable partner.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I appreciate the visualisations that Mindtickle offers, however I'd like to see a clearer overall picture that would make it easier to download individual reports for each team. Additional changes to the interface could make it easier and faster for staff to manage different profiles. In addition, some features should be clearer and easier to find to streamline changes to user profiles when needed.

**What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With MindTickle, I can develop my sales skills quickly and effectively. Instead of spending time on role-playing or making a personal presentation to senior management, I get their feedback directly through the product.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

I am particularly impressed with the MindTickle platform. Its system for adding users, organising them into groups and assigning training material is a breeze for administrators to use. It also offers the flexibility to create custom modules or make changes as needed. The customer support team respond promptly to my queries, which makes it even better! In addition, the analysis of data within each group gives managers an up-to-the-minute view of their teams' progress, while providing an aesthetically pleasing interface that is easy for everyone to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I dislike the lack of automation for our badge and new hire programmes. We manually add users to different learning series after each week of training, which is time consuming and tedious. It would streamline operations if we could set up an automated system that would consistently add people to a specific learning series or move them to another when they complete it.

**What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mindtickle solves the problem of keeping track of when new policies are implemented across different departments in our organisation. This helps us to stay up to date and gain a full understanding of any new products or systems, ensuring that we are well informed at all times.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

I like that the system is easy to intuit versus more old-school LMS platforms. If you understand how LMS platforms are architected, you'll be able to easily use this system, which is so much faster. With the program, you are assigned a customer success person, who meets with you to act as a helper, and/or educate you on how the platform works. Although many companies use this for sales enablement, and we do too, we use it to do a full suite of onboarding and continuing education as well. Whatever you can ask it to do, it does.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I'd like to add more flexibility when assigning reviewers to a 'Mission'. Otherwise, it's fully built out, in my opinion.

Too many to name- Sales Enablement is a big one. Onboarding, compliance, coaching, and career development, to name a few biggies.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

I like the fact that MindTickle can be used as a supplement to regular exercise without much extra effort, which has allowed me to get away from hours of watching TV. It also allows the teacher to manage classes and assess student performance in an efficient manner. I also admire the leaderboard system as it encourages healthy competition within our organization and helps us identify potential product champions among employees - something everyone enjoys because we can achieve great results.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I disliked the forced weekly schedule of Mindtickle's courses. Even after completing a course out of sequence, I needed to complete weeks already completed in order for my progress to be saved and counted. The timeout feature forced users away from their screens for long periods of time that could have been better spent elsewhere.

As a global organization, I need to make sure everyone is aware of new products or certifications. MindTickle helps me do just that - it allows me to replay all-hands meetings and ensures that certification and compliance training reaches everyone in my organization.

I really like how intuitive MindTickle is to use and how it allows me to quickly review material. The integration of a grading system with badges further encourages users to progress through the platform. Furthermore, its synchronisation with my email ensures that I stay on track for any upcoming coursework or modules! The ability to see other colleagues' scores also boosts user motivation by creating friendly competition between peers - something you just don't get in an offline environment.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I find it frustrating that Mindtickle does not always accurately reflect when a module has been completed, even though all the subtasks have been completed. This lack of accuracy becomes even more difficult to manage when there are problems with an unreliable internet connection, as users can't easily tell which slides have been viewed and which have not.

Mindtickle helps me to put myself in the customer's shoes and gain valuable insights into their wants, needs and commercial perspectives. This makes it easier for me to appreciate the value my clients bring not only to our organisation, but also to my own goals as a professional.

I appreciate the range of features offered by Mindtickle. In particular, I like tracking my score in a course and see how it compares to my peers. It's also helpful that the available courses are conveniently listed on the home page with time stamps to indicate completion status. In addition, a well-designed folder organization system combined with a simple search bar makes finding content easy and straightforward. Finally, having due and overdue tasks at a glance is extremely useful, helping me stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

Although it takes more work to create MindTickle training content than a quick webinar or a one-time session, the results are worth the extra effort. To foster an atmosphere that encourages innovation and imaginative thinking, I may need to help some entrenched leaders understand the value of considering alternative approaches.

While there are few things to dislike about enable.us, one area that could benefit from improvement is the sharing options for individual content.

Enable.us is currently addressing several challenges for us, including streamlining communication and interaction with our clients, reducing our heavy reliance on email as a somewhat tedious and outdated sales method. Functionality - Rich in features to quickly build and easily manage enablement programs, users and reporting.
Automation - to streamline workflows
More importantly - One of the most comprehensive platforms to train, coach, boost productivity and collaborate. 
Mindtickle Analytics power a 360 view of the effectiveness of training adoption & team engagement that can be correlated to actual business outcomes. (A bit complex to set it up but worth the effort)

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

Some of the features in Call AI are not fully baked and sometimes add to the burden of admins. (single call scoring configuration for any sales call, whether discovery, demo, or negotiation -  two admin interfaces for the learning site, conversation intelligence, etc..)

The user experience/Learning interface for end users/Sales teams is not the best in class compared to a few other vendors.

Setting up and co-relating outcome metrics to training/coaching adoption is complex and needs some maturity in platform adoption. 

Not impactful when it comes to just-in-time enablement (AI-powered nudges, recommendations etc.. in proactively assisting reps)

Integrates well with CRM but needs to fully leverage call AI and enablement insights appropriately across sales process steps rather than simple tab integrations.

**What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding (Shift from excel sheet based checklists to structured practice-driven onboarding)
Training (Shift from less sticky, non-measurable ad-hoc training calls to self-paced, measurable programs on mindtickle)
Coaching (We are starting to build a culture of coaching)
Visibility (Earlier no visibility and insights into on-field activities - with Call AI, our leaders now get insights and also can directly collaborate well with efficient handoffs)

Mindtickle enables me to create interactive, engaging technical training content. The on-demand technology makes it even more accessible and the simple user interface helps non-experts understand how the platform works. The fact that our organisation relies heavily on it across departments is testament to its broad applicability. It is clear that sales support can be greatly improved with features such as automated learning paths, efficient deployment processes for new reps and fast compile times - all features unique to Mindtickle LMS.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I don't like the lack of an efficient way to store training progress in Mindtickle. In my opinion, it is more beneficial to invest time in completing courses when you are ready and willing, rather than wasting energy revisiting the same material because the hard work has not been properly saved. To this end, an easy way to record my current position would be very helpful.

Mindtickle gives me the ability to be organised and have immediate access to product-related information so I can be as efficient, productive and effective as possible during my meetings.

I love Mindtickle because it is an excellent resource. With its versatile access option, I can easily log in from anywhere - be it my laptop or smartphone - and train on all sorts of topics without any hassle. What's even more appealing to me is the interactive gamification section, which not only helps me track my progress, but also allows me to compare myself with other users. This makes it easy to keep track of current and future training needs, such as mandatory and elective courses.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I was unhappy with the consequences of submitting incorrect answers to multiple choice questions on Mindtickle. I felt it was unfair that I was penalized for clicking on an incorrect answer before moving on, even though I had not yet fully understood the topic. In my opinion, you should not be penalized for this type of mistake until after you have clicked 'Next' to allow time for review and understanding.

I'm benefiting from Mindtickle by having global, comprehensive sales training focused on refining pitches and product knowledge. This helps ensure a consistent product launch across divisions, territories and industries, so I can always deliver an effective message for maximum impact.

I really appreciate MindTickle's ability to facilitate our organisation's training and mentoring goals. The interactive material is comprehensive and allows us to effectively deliver a wide range of training programmes. These courses have been beneficial in advancing my sales career due to the logical progression from one module to the next - significantly reducing learning time! I also find that its communication features, such as direct commenting, help me to gain an even better understanding of all the topics presented.

I don't have many problems with Mindtickle. However, the need to watch full-length videos to complete the training can be time consuming and quite frustrating. Also, it would be beneficial if Mindtickle could remember my previous position within a playthrough so that I could easily pick up from my previous position without having to start from scratch each time.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

One of the best things about Mindtickle is its intuitive interface. It's easy to search through a variety of topics and activities, and you get reminders if tasks aren't completed on time. The ability for managers to see what tasks their team members have left to do ensures accountability, while also providing an overview of everyone's progress. Finally, the percentage completion tracker attached to each activity makes it easy to pick up midway - it really helps you stay organised.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I dislike the lack of organisation in the introduction section of Mindtickle. Many of the lessons I have already completed appear and some that are irrelevant to me take extra effort to reach or avoid altogether. It would be much more user friendly if there was an easier way for users like me to sort through the lessons that are relevant to them without having to click around multiple times.

I absolutely love how Mindtickle provides an easy to use platform. It gives me the ability and convenience to track my progress by providing side-scrolling titles of all the different modules I have gone through or need to go through; it makes e-learning a breeze! The user friendly interface makes learning exciting as it's more interactive than ever before - no matter what subject I'm studying, there's never a dull moment. I don't have any dislike of Mindtickle, but if I could make a suggestion it would be to work on automating the saving process so users can resume their training and education courses exactly where they left off. What I appreciate about Mindtickle the most is its convenience and ease of use. The software is designed to be used on a mobile device, so it is easily accessible wherever I am. In addition, the modules are straightforward with minimal background noise, so nothing distracts me as I work through each module or lesson plan. It even makes starting and stopping tasks more efficient as everything can be done on my phone - whether I am at home or at work! This accessibility allows me to learn quickly without missing out due to lack of time in one sitting.

I dislike that Mindtickle gives people high knowledge scores even after a quick review of the material. This suggests that they have not really read or understood it. It would be helpful if there was a way to ensure that people really engaged with and understood the content, rather than skimming for answers. In addition, mistakes when entering names can lead users to believe that courses do not exist or that they have not been properly enrolled.

No matter what system I'm using, I love how Mindtickle allows me to stay connected and get my work done. Its interoperability allows me to access tasks like recording calls or watching presentations on any device - be it an iPad, Android phone, laptop or desktop computer - from anywhere in the world. Having a platform that works across all types of devices makes it much more convenient for me to complete training materials both during and after work hours - without ever having to leave home.

I find Mindtickle's grading system confusing and arbitrary, as it can take a while for results to appear even though an answer has been submitted. It is also irritating to receive emails reminding me of courses previously taken. Furthermore, selecting a suitable course from a number of options while commuting or on the move is quite challenging.

As a sales manager, I am constantly impressed by Mindtickle's adaptability and user-friendly interface. In addition, their customer service is exemplary; they have been incredibly helpful in addressing all of our needs promptly and professionally. I was initially frustrated by the amount of time it took me to understand how to create pages, series and modules in MindTickle. I also found it difficult to communicate with our support team as they are based in India, which is seven hours ahead of my local zone. However, we have been working on this issue together with their help to ensure better communication in the future.

I appreciate the convenience of Mindtickle's interactive tools and intuitive navigation, which make it easy to find what I need for my training sessions. Having all our lessons in one place, accessible at any time, is also incredibly useful! But what stands out most about this type of training is the instant feedback we get on our performance, so we know immediately if we've passed or not. It also makes it easier for management to make accurate assessments, as they have precise data on how well each individual has performed during their time learning with Mindtickle - allowing us to identify areas where additional training can help to achieve a higher level of performance in the workplace.

I do not like the fact that some of Mindtickle's content is outdated. I suggest adding a sorting feature to the search results so that users can easily find the latest information. In addition, it would be helpful for students to be able to add questions and comments to the material they are studying. Another useful feature would be to allow students to save reading materials as PDFs for later use or access while travelling.

I appreciate that Mindtickle is an easy way to supplement my regular exercise routine without having to work too hard. I don't have to waste time sitting in front of the computer for hours on end, as the trainer can create a structured course that allows him to quickly and accurately assess our progress. It also provides an excellent opportunity for internal competition through its leaderboard concept - boosting morale while celebrating high scores! Mindtickle offers a perfect balance between fun and educational activities, making it a pleasure to participate.

I dislike that the compatibility between Outlook and Mindtickle is not seamless. I appreciate the many features that Mindtickle offers. The progress tracking and badges are a great way to motivate myself, and it's fun to compare scores with other students! I also love that courses that I have completed recently are highlighted on the home page and marked as "complete" so accurately. Having folders set up along with search capability makes organizing information much easier, while also giving me an estimate of how long each module will take, which helps me plan my time efficiently. Finally, having reminders for upcoming or overdue tasks through the due/overdue tab is another helpful feature to stay on track schedule-wise.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I don't appreciate the time commitment required to develop MindTickle training content, as it is more than hosting a webinar or conducting a one-time training session. However, in my opinion, taking this extra step will produce lasting results and help create an environment of innovation and creative thinking among executives who may be inclined to stick with traditional methods.

I appreciate MindTickle Trivia's ability to facilitate and stimulate learning. The content is well-structured, which makes it easy for me to quickly understand what I'm studying, and the acquired knowledge can be put into practice without delay. Material is hard to find, if you do not know EXACTLY what you are looking for, the search feature can become overwhelming and has turned me off.  Sometimes, when searching for key words or phrases, the algorithm identifies things that have no bearing on my needs, perhaps thats my fault

I just love how quick and easy Mindtickle makes access to educational materials. As an instructor, the convenience of being able to walk into a classroom and immediately direct everyone to what we need is amazing. I do not like that Mindtickle is not always up to date with the latest company documents. Adding sorting options to prioritize more recent content would help improve this issue. Also, it would be beneficial for students to have more opportunities to ask questions and make comments about their lessons to reinforce learning. In addition, a PDF option so that users can study offline or while traveling could also prove useful.

**What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MindTickle solves the problem of providing an efficient way to train new and existing employees on their company's products, policies, procedures, or other important topics. This benefit allows me to update my knowledge base while still at work by conveniently scheduling participation time when it is most convenient for me.

I like that Mindtickle provides a comprehensive, efficient way to learn and understand complex topics. The intuitive interface is easy to use and makes learning fun with attractive visuals. The app helps me track my progress, so I can easily go back to where I left off in the previous session. In addition, after each instructional video there are great tests to assess your understanding of the material - an innovative approach.

I found MindTickle's user interface and presentation viewing options to be very unsatisfactory. I would prefer to see more intuitive navigation between sections, as well as the option to have more control over how the presentation is displayed.

Mindtickle brings many benefits to me. Not only does it help me keep up with product details, but I also have access to informative articles for daily reading, as well as unique exercises to learn more about my mind.

I appreciate the convenience and efficiency of MindTickle". The intuitive interface makes setting up email alerts quick and easy. I also find the case studies and scenarios with visualized illustrations incredibly helpful in understanding complex concepts on my own terms. Having a deeper knowledge base has allowed me to work more effectively, which translates directly into increased profits for my company's partners - an invaluable bonus! Ultimately, these features allow MindTickle to exceed expectations as one of the most useful tools in modern information technology.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I find it irritating that some questions on MindTickle are only available after the video has been watched completely. In addition, sometimes even after I have watched almost the entire video, I cannot access these questions because they remain locked and require me to watch them again before they are unlocked.

I've benefited from MindTickle in many ways. With their integrated platform, I can better manage employee training programs and track who has completed them with no additional time or resources into content creation.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

I appreciate the level of structure that Mindtickle provides in its training programs. Management has the ability to create and enforce mandatory training, which incentivizes learners to track their progress by earning points throughout. Through earned experience points, individuals can assess how they compare to those around them; healthy competition is encouraged even if someone's score isn't at the top of the list - it simply serves as evidence of further growth to come. To test this out and challenge yourself further, I suggest going beyond your current high scorer outside of regular classes.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I've been mostly satisfied with my experience using Mindtickle; the only improvement I'd suggest is to make it more mobile friendly and, if possible, develop an app. Creating a platform that works well on both computers and phones can be challenging due to their different capabilities; however, this could greatly enhance the user interface of Mindtickle.

Mindtickle is revolutionizing the way communities and companies stay up to date with training and knowledge. With weekly quizzes, I can easily ensure that everyone is up to date on the material they need to know.

What I like most about the Mindtickle platform is that it allows me to learn information in an interactive and engaging way. It breaks down long courses into bite-sized chunks, which makes it easier to absorb the content. The combination of text and video lectures helps keep things interesting, while also providing options for different learning styles - for example, adjusting the playback speed can vary depending on individual preference or comprehension level. I'm particularly fond of the Knowledge Check features, which test one's understanding with a variety of questions, including multiple choice, free response, object matching, etc., and support effective retention rates by providing hands-on reinforcement exercises rather than just passive delivery.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I understand the challenge of introducing change to long-term employees, but I believe that investing in MindTickle will make the development and maintenance process easier. By creating engaging content over a period of time using this platform, organizations can provide continuous learning for their employees while creating lasting knowledge retention.
